The gentleman at breakfast service Brijesh took care of us like a family, The lady at breakfast check in was very thoughtful, she went out of the way to organized my daughter’s birthday lunch. Room had a beautiful lake view of my favorite city Bhopal ( where I grew up). Thank you Taj and it’s staff for making our family trip memorable. "

"Sorry to say I had bad experience I arrived at 10pm room was given when opened not cleaned or ready for me They just changed the blankets and gave as we r tied we slept No clean bathroom And more over whole night too much noise or music was playing couldn’t sleep Asked for room service in the morning for about 3 times no response then we left Came back at night 10 pm still no room service and loud music Horrible service so called about 5 times to ask finally they gave different room and...

"Amazing staff"

"Safe, refrigerator, and hot water all had to be fixed. My plan was not to sit around watching them do work in my room. Hot water took 4 days to get working. There is a loud speaker somewhere near the place that ran some nights until midnight with some religious message in hindi. I had wear ear plugs in the room and still could not drown it out. This was not every day but more than once and it went on for hours on end."
