Inside, you'll find a large living room, a custom kitchen on the main level, an extra kitchen downstairs, a cozy sunroom with lake views, and a family room with a granite bar. The main kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, so you’ll have everything you need to cook at home. Plus, there's a laundry room with a high-capacity washer and dryer, and we even provide detergent!

House Rules:
-This lake house is for relaxing getaways, not parties. We ask guests to be respectful of the community and neighbors.
-No smoking inside; if you smoke outside, please clean up after yourself.
-There’s a cleaning fee if any signs of smoking are found indoors.
-Please remove shoes indoors as much of the home is carpeted.
-Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. You’re welcome to use outdoor areas during these hours, just keep noise to a minimum since many neighbors live here full-time.
Security:
For your peace of mind, we have outdoor cameras on the front driveway and backyard, as well as temperature, humidity, and noise sensors inside.
Additional Notes:
Treasure Lake doesn’t allow outside boats, including motorized ones. However, paddleboards, paddle boats, canoes, and kayaks are available to rent at the marina.
