"This house was great for our family. Hosts were helpful with pre-stocking options for groceries as I didn't want to have to worry about that when I first got in. The location is great . And close to many stores and local restaurants. I would only recommend that you get a golf cart if you have young kids (6 and below) because while the beach isn't that far -kids come with a lot of stuff so managing all of the things and the distance to the beach maybe challenging without a golf cart."

"My family loves vacationing in this neighborhood and Heather's house was just what we needed for a relaxing week away! The house is steps from the community center with an indoor/outdoor pool, playground and tennis courts. It's an easy walk to the private beach access and outdoor pool. They provide a wagon to get all of your gear to the beach or there is parking for neighborhood use only. Easy walk to food and shopping. "From the moment we walked into this beautiful home our vacation started. The home was roomy that our large family could all have space but all come together. Whether it was swimming in the beautiful pool or hopping on the golf cart to spend time at the beach or having fun family meals it was perfect. Love the kitchen two of everything made cooking and clean up a breeze. I hated to leave."

"Beautiful home, close to the beach walk was (6-7 minutes).. golf cart (5 minutes). Very spacious home with pool and hot tub.. pool was gorgeous and we used it daily. The home is clean, updated and we all were quite comfortable.. we will be back! Thanks Ryan.😊"

"This house exceeded my expectations, the pictures do not do it justice. It is a gorgeous property right on the beach. The open floor plan with a well stocked kitchen made relaxing and entertaining a pleasant experience. There are views of the ocean at each level and from any room. We had 13 people and never felt on top of each other. Thanks Shore OBX for helping fulfill one of my bucket list items. A house on the beach that would accommodate my family. "Property is as advertised. host was easy to work with and available when needed. Home was clean for the most part just had to wipe down the inside of the shower and swept under the bed when we got there. Everything we needed to cook with was there for our use. Outside shower and laundry were nice and ready to use. Would stay here again."

"This is a very nice property and is in close proximity to Duck - nice walking distance. It is right on the main street so there is some road noise but not too bad, though. The walk to the beach and pool amenities are about a block away. We would definitely stay again."
