"Yes there is mold all over the bathroom, the sink around the faucet. There is no wash cloth. The sheets had stained. And the room smells. The first room we had the AC is not working so we had to moved on our 2nd day to another room. The room had cocoroches all over the room. We got sick cuz of the mold."

"This property is fantastic. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was amazing. Clean, comfortable and a great view. The pool was chilly and the hot tub was luke warm which is the way the Filipinos like it. The food in the cafe was delicious. I especially recommend the tomato soup.
I can’t wait for the opportunity to come here again. "

"At first it was disappointing because we booked online for two nights staying here in hotel app and it says breakfast are included but when we got here there’s no breakfast in the morning we paid too much money but the service by cocotel is so disappointing and big scam .thankfully the staffs here are so kind and attentive/caring and all my disappointments are gone because of them .
Hopefully hotel app or by cocotel just only put what’s really included in your site don’t scam people again para...

"We checked-in here at Brizo Hotel and Beach Resort in Morong Bataan for Dec 3-4, 2022 (saturday-sunday), we were only informed that the pool is not available when we got to the property. We hoped that we were at least informed in advance regarding the situation as we should have made changes to our plans prior to travelling all the way to the property. It's as if we can still cancel on the spot, how are we able to make a different booking if it was that late.
I hope readers could know how...

"We enjoyed the pool, but there were a lot of leaves. The room was not clean enough, especially the outdoor toilets; there was even poop that was not cleaned. The place is beautiful, and the beach itself could improve in cleanliness as well as the service at the reception and kitchen, where the staff seemed unfriendly."

"Great vibe. Beds could be improved. Owner was a nice guy made you feel at home. Food was great.
Beaches were covered in trash everymorning , staff cleaned them everymorning .
Such a beautiful place , its a shame people have to throw their trash in the rivers.

"Our family enjoyed our stay at Whiterock. The kids used the water theme park and slides. The 3 villas we rented were clean but could see outdated bathrooms. Not a lot of resort guests, so it felt exclusive for our family. Overall, we had a great time."
