"Overall, this property was a good fit and great value for our family trip. We had plenty of space. Nelson was a great host and very quick to answer any and all questions. Our only wish was that there was cable or ability to watch TV at night. The host mentioned there was a satellite only and there were only 2 channels that came in from the satellite, but they were mostly garbled and unwatchable."

"I’ve not driven in Boston and I did not know the area. The apartment is not too far from the city as the crow flies. However, driving in the city and surrounding areas is nuts. If you are directionally challenged, it’s hard to see the street signs let alone all the lefts and rights you have to take to get there. "A cozy room in a well-maintained older home. Excellent shower and very clean all-around. The bed is comfortable and the additional trundle bed is nice but quite firm. It’s about a twenty minute walk to downtown Boston. Was cautioned by locals that it isn’t very safe to wander Roxbury neighbourhood after dark, but we had no issues. Owners were responsive, welcoming and they respected our privacy. Thank you!"

"Overall a great price in a good place!!! We were on the go a lot so we didn’t need much. The seating in the living room could be more but not a big deal unless you’re planning on being there a lot. Bedroom windows could use some darker curtains to help with the morning sun. Again not an huge deal just an observation. Overall we had a great weekend and can’t complain."

"There is no second bed as listed in the room with two beds. The street the house is on is crazy narrow due to parking on both sides of the road, uber/lyft/delivery drivers had a very difficult time getting in and out. And if you miss the turn into the driveway the first time, be prepared for a challenging turn around. The apartment is clean and comfortable. My kids loved the snacks that were left, though some were really stale. uber/lyft was willing to pick up and drop off to Fenway and Commons."

"We were very thankful for the window units. Being from Texas we are used to central AC, but the window units in each room kept us completely comfortable. We also were very thankful for the third bed/bedroom. This gave my son a place to be instead of just the living room. The house was great, parking was easy behind the house and the hosts were great at communicating."

"Family trip for our son’s graduation gift/ big Red Sox Fan!! Loved the house. Very clean, beds so comfortable. It had everything we needed to cook. We used Uber Eats for local Target groceries. Bus stop very close by then rode to subway into city. Plenty of linens and as described in listing. Affordable and host was quick with thorough communication. The fire station sirens were never a bother during night hours."

"La estancia fantástica. Devorah nos dejó además algo de comida a la llegada que nos vino fenomenal porque llegábamos sin comer. La casa posee todo lo que puedas necesitar... hasta kayaks. Está en frente del mar; cruzando la calle accedes al waterfront. Cuando sube la marea queda todo cubierto y puedes acceder a bañarte x escaleras.
