"I have started a new job in Fayetteville and needed a place to stay while waiting for the close of our new house. This little spot has been perfect. The host was friendly and helpful. This one bedroom, one bath was just what was needed for a few weeks. It is close enough to the main part of town to run and get whatever I needed, and far enough that I didn't have to deal with the noise, traffic, and college students."

"It’s a great space; just as advertised. Very clean and quaint. Fantastic neighborhood almost right on campus. Beautiful park across the street. Only downside is the upstairs neighbor has wood floors, so you can hear movement, but it didn’t disrupt our stay. Would stay again."
