"This was the cutest property to stay at! It was cozy, cute, and had everything you need! There was a mini fridge with freezer, microwave, a mini stove top burner, and all kitchen utensils! The owners were the absolute sweetest! They were absolutely fantastic hosts, and have the cutest little dogs that greet you. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again. I cannot get over how wonderful our stay was!"

"Nice place, comfortable and mostly clean. Instructions stated to park inside garage, but there was no code provided. Speakers in the home did not appear to work; there were no instructions on how to use. Attempted to reach out via text, and the response was very delayed; responded next day after we had checked out. Think it would be good to have a battery operated blower of broom to clean off patio. Obviously this time of year, there is a lot of extra foliage on the ground (to be expected),...

"Had to travel to the north country for a two night work commitment and wanted to have a cozy, convenient and colorful base to rest. Dan’s guest house perfectly met the brief. I really appreciated the attention to details like the water fixtures, the artwork, the in-house speakers, the gleaming kitchen appliances, motion activated night lights and the radiant heated floors. We had a lovely stay and will happily return again!"

"Overall awesome stay. Spacious for our family of 7 however, did not find the double futon and pull out couch was broke. But there was an inflatable bed that one of our kids used. All amenities worked and great for family and kids. Wood fireplace was great. Quiet area. "
