"Great location. Rocky start as unit wasn’t clean when we arrived. Manager was called and immediately took care of the error. Austin came to make sure we were good, cleaning people Kind and thorough. They went beyond to make sure we were taken care of and satisfied. In life mistakes happen, it’s how you handle them that makes a difference. Bravo! "We enjoyed our stay at this rental. It was in a nice location and we appreciated the various places to sit outdoors. Having a bigger car was definitely helpful for the gravel road up to the place. The location is great, with multiple hiking spots easily drivable from the property. Waking up to the cool mountain air in the mornings was a magnificent relief from the summer heat elsewhere in the South."

"I was looking for a peaceful woodsy retreat for my son and I while checking out Tweetsie, and this place did not disappoint! The space was clean and super cute. Even though rain prevented use of the firepit, it made for good salamander hunting near the creek out back. Will definitely be back!"

"Check-in was seamless, house was clean, all appliances worked well....would recommend. This house is located off the beaten path and has amazing views. My son and I were riding the Blue Ridge Parkway on our motorcycles and chose this as a stopping point. We bought a few groceries at a nearby Food Lion and cooked burgers on the grill while enjoying a crazy cool sunset. The views from the deck of this house are simply stunning. "My dad and I stayed here for a couple of nights and had a great time. The cabin is unique and rustic (how I think a mountain cabin should be), but also clean and well-stocked and well-maintained. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. It’s so quiet and we especially enjoyed sitting on the front porch. Easy drive into Boone and close to plenty of hiking trails. I’d recommend trying to arrive before the sun sets on your first night. "
