Dentro de cada apartamento encontrará muebles lujosos, que incluyen un cómodo sofá cama de cuero tamaño queen para mayor espacio para dormir, un televisor de pantalla plana y obras de arte vintage geniales para mejorar nuestro ambiente hipster. El plan de piso abierto invita al uso de la cocina bien equipada con gabinetes a medida, todos los electrodomésticos nuevos y un generoso espacio en el mostrador de granito, uniendo la sala de banquetes y la sala de estar para que la preparación de comidas y cenas sea agradable. La cafetera toma café molido y tiene un filtro lavable, y se puede usar un filtro de papel desechable si se desea. Ambas habitaciones tienen una cama king size con sábanas de calidad, además de muebles con luz de lectura adecuada, un televisor de pantalla plana y gabinetes de muebles a medida.
Afuera, los robles vivos y las magnolias dan sombra al área de estacionamiento trasera reservada para que usted estacione un vehículo. Estarás a pocos pasos del parque Folly River y del muelle Folly, donde puedes pescar, comer cangrejos, comer o bailar con los lugareños. Great location and space, wifi challenged
Great location in the heart of Folly Beach, above a very cool little bar/restaurant. The apartment was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and the porch is a great bonus. Unfortunately the wifi/internet access did not work at all for our entire four day stay. The property manager was responsive, but not really any help as it was apparently a Comcast issue. We were able to pay to access the Xfinity Wifi which is also Comcast, so not clear why that worked but ours did not. Getting work done became a real challenge. Otherwise, great accommodation.

This property is one of the best places you could stay at. Location location location. The place has everything you need from washer and dryer and a different AC unit in each room. The balcony is the main feature and staying above a bar/restaurant makes for a great experience. You do not hear anybody below with doors shut and the food is really good. Enjoy the main strip with renting a golf cart for $75 a day. Plenty of parking for a golf cart to enjoy the restaurants and bars. Also they provide chairs and umbrellas with a push cart. You can rent any beach equipment down the street for really cheap if needed. We will be back!!

Can’t Wait to get Back!
This was an amazing property! It was close to everything and on top of the coolest bar! We enjoyed live music from our balcony but was never disturbed by sounds when inside. The beach cart and chairs that are provided were a huge asset! Everything was clean and well kept. We loved our stay here!

Excellent Accommodations
I stayed at this wonderful condo with my girlfriends that I have known for over 50 years. We had such a great time. The condo was in a terrific location. We were easily able to walk to the beach and all the restaurants on Folly Beach. Even though the condo was above a bar/restaurant it was so quiet. We were able to relax in the evening in the condominium and didn’t hear anything from the bar downstairs. It had all the amenities we could possibly need and was super clean. The property manager and owner were so kind and accommodating. They responded quickly to any questions I had.

Perfect place to stay on Folly Island
The apartment was very roomy and clean and close to everything! The apartment was surprisingly large and very well equipped . The front balcony was also much larger than it appeared in the online pictures and a great place to sit and relax. The apartment is beautifully decorated and well thought out and so bright and cheerful! There is a bar/restaurant on the lower level and you can hear some noise from it when the balcony door is open, but if the door is closed, the sound is muffled and not bothersome at all. The location is perfect, once there, there is no need to drive, there are many restaurants and shops as well as the beach and even a small market, all within walking distance. This was our first time visiting the area, and we would absolutely stay here if visiting again.

The apartment was just as advertised. It was clean and stocked with all of the essentials. The beach chairs were a nice bonus. I was well aware that this apartment was located over a bar so I anticipated some noise at night. What I was not prepared for was the live entertainment at the bar which went long into the night and kept the apartment vibrating. Other than the band, the nice level was manageable. I appreciated the parking however it is a bit of a walk from the apartment.

Cute, convenient, and well kept
Accommodations were nice. Very well decorated and clean. However, there was one roll of toilet paper only one extra blanket and the appliances were very old and not working properly. It took four minutes to heat up a cup of coffee and it took 40 minutes to heat the oven to 350.

Excellent location! Right of center street walking distance to the beach ✅. Walking to bars restaurants ✅( there is even one below the unit). Enjoyed being able to leave the cars and walk all weekend. Will 100% reach back out to stay again in the future.

Beautiful Apartment/Great Communication
My family and I took a quick vacation to folly beach. From booking, to any questions we had while there, the communication was fantastic! The property was very spacious and extremely clean!!! We all loved the shower :) We would definitely book this property or any of the owners properties in the future!

Perfect stay!
Centrally and conveniently located to every thing in Folly, we really enjoyed the comfortable stay with a clean and updated apartment sized perfectly. The balcony was an extra bonus for mornings, wet afternoons and evenings, anytime this really added to the place! I can’t say enough about the delicately selected art and décor throughout the place, quite lovely. Last but not least…those of us who can appreciate the extra fan in a bathroom, really appreciate this. I’m getting one for my home! We will definitely return!

Exceeded our expectation!
This condo was fabulous! The size was much larger than we expected, the decor was fun and interesting, there were so many "extras" and the location was perfect! We loved being above The Low Life ....yes, the music could be heard when sitting on the balcony (which we thought was great!) but when we went inside we never heard it. We went down to the Low Life a couple of times and found the owner and employees to be great people. So friendly! The beds were very comfortable, the A/C worked well and there were fans for the fan-loving family. My brother and his wife stayed down the road and saying what a deal we had with our awesome find. Our trip was to visit Charleston (which we did) but we spent most of our time in Folly! We would definitely love to come back. Thanks for such a vaca!

Awesome place in an fantastic location
This condo is located right in the heart of Folly Beach. The place is clean and has everything you would need for a party of 4-6. It is located right above a bar, which might not sound great, but the bar closes early (~11PM) and isn't that loud. Plus, when on vacation, how great is a bar that is less than a minute walk away and a great place to stop before you go back to your place at night. The place is super clean and has lots of the basics you'd need like kitchen ware, towels (for showering not the beach), and beach chairs and a beach cart that is plenty big to wheel everything you need to the beach. The beach is a straight shot out the back door and maybe a 10 minute walk to the start of the beach. The pier was still under construction (June 2022) but that didn't bother us. There's tons of restaurants and bars in the area that are all easily walking distance. The stay comes with a parking pass that was a little hard to navigate, but maybe I didn't read up well enough before getting there. There is construction in the building behind this place that makes it hard to drive up when we "checked in", but after that it wasn't a problem. Washer and dryer were great, large, and worked well. Also located next to a Circle K which was super convenient. You felt safe while there, both in the apartment and in the town. Only caution is to watch where you walk because people drive a little crazy especially with all the people walking around on tight sidewalks. We also forgot clothes in the dryer and they were kind enough to ship them back to us which we were super grateful for. All in all a great stay and we would stop here again if we stayed at Folly Beach in the future.

Perfect Home Base
My mom and I loved our stay here! Several other reviews mention the ongoing construction nearby - that’s still happening, but appears to be in finishing stages and never bothered us. The bedrooms here are equipped with noise machines that drown any ambient noise from the bar/grill on the ground floor and the construction nearby. This was a perfect home base for exploring the island and was just a quick drive into Charleston for the day. The pace was clean, well equipped and comfortable. We loved the art choices! The one critique we’d leave would be the beds were firmer than our liking, but that’s such a subjective experience, I wouldn’t let it deter anyone booking this fabulous place. One note to others considering staying here: if you’re the type to cook your own meals, bring your own salt/seasonings as there were none on-site, and if you wish to do laundry, grab some detergent from the convenience store Nextdoor. We couldn’t figure out how to turn off the living room television… but we were admittedly having *quite* a good time celebrating my mom recently beating cancer and the task of turning off the TV may have just been beyond our brain capacity 😉 Stay here!!
