"We found this property last minute due to another property canceling on our group. We had 8 people in town for a college friends wedding. The owners were great to work with, very attentive and helpful with any questions/ inquiries we had. Plus being right on the waterfront is a gorgeous way to spend the mornings! And as a group of college alums, we loved having a bar area with darts to play. The spacing of the house was perfect with plenty of room for everyone in the group. Highly recommend...

"My wife and I made a quick getaway to enjoy the fall colors and some R&R. Communication with our host was great, the cabin was thoughtfully decorated and well supplied, and the rates were affordable and a good fit for us. We really enjoyed the hot tub, which was a unique feature and well-maintained. Our bed was comfy, it was easy to connect to the TV from our devices, and we got to enjoy the fire pit with some firewood provided. "Our group (four adults, five kids) had a wonderful stay at this cabin! The kids adored sleeping in the loft, playing plenty of games, and having their own space for movie nights. "This was our second time staying at Kris’s cabin. The cabin is very spacious and was perfect for our large family. The new second bathroom came in handy and the kids enjoyed going out on the pontoon. The lake had an abundance of algae by the shore and the dock but the kids were able to swim off the end of the dock where the water was more clear. The large yard was nice for the kids to run around in."

"We brought up a group of family and friends to celebrate my husband’s birthday. This property was beyond perfect; I don’t think there is anything better. Everyone had their privacy and was comfortable. We enjoyed yard games throughout the day and would finish with a wonderful bonfire. We highly recommend and will be back!"

"We so enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin. The cabin is so clean and all the amenities are high quality. We also appreciated the suggestions for nearby restaurants. We tried a few and were not disappointed. Callie and Bob are fantastic hosts. We had a minor issue getting the TV working and they resolved the issue for us very quickly. I highly recommend staying at Bigwater Cove."
