"We had a wonderful stay. There was plenty of room for our family of 4, the property was very clean and nicely kept, kitchen is well stocked. We had a problem with the party right above our apartment one of the nights and even though it was late Saturday night the manager was very quick to respond and was able to fix the problem (called a neighbor and straighten thing out). If I could give 6 stars for the service I would. "

"Overall good. The woman we communicated with was very prompt in her reply’s and was helpful. I was surprised to learn we were responsible for taking out the trash (around the corner behind the home). I didn’t care for that. The hot water ran out quickly. There were only 2 of us, so we made it work, but it would have been a real inconvenience if we had more guests. Location was really nice and convenient! The neighbors we encountered were very friendly. "

"This was a great location for a week in DC. The apartment was clean, everything worked, and it looked like the photos. There were two sets of towels and a washer and dryer. The bath products were great! We slept very soundly on the comfortable bed after days of walking the city. There were pots and pans in the kitchen, a full set of silverware, and a dishwasher (with detergent). The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. All in all, we were very happy to stay here and would use the location...

"My best friend from high school and I stayed here over the weekend and had a fabulous time! The place is well laid out, with beautiful decor and high quality finishes. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and wildlife each morning. I met the owner and she was very friendly and brought us fresh flowers and a bottle of wine. We visited several wineries and had tea at The Tea Cart in Berryville which was fabulous. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much!"

"Excellent location, well-maintained corporate house. This is much more comfortable than living in a hotel with a large kitchen. Beds are very comfortable too. Whole foods and starbucks are right down the building. Steps to Yellow line. Will live here again!"
