"Rooms where soundproofed so carfe and bar noise from below was very minimal to our suprise. Rooms clean and spacious. Plates and cutlery could be useful in room maybe but have literally nothing to complain about. We loved our stay. Everything you need is right there. Bars cafes transport or just sit on the balcony and watch the world go by. Cherry on top housekeeping left an Easter egg on our pillows. Nice touch. Thanks for a great stay. "

素敵な女性スタッフが（朝食を提供するレストラン含め）沢山おられ、同性であってもやはり非常に気持ちのよいものでした。
また深夜2時のチェックアウトにも、すぐに対応くださいました。
清掃は不要だったので、毎日タオルだけフロントでもらうようにしてましたが、何の不便も感じませんでした。
ミニキッチンがついており、お皿やカトラリーもあります。インスタントの紅茶やコーヒーも備え付けてあるためか、冷蔵庫には小さな牛乳まで用意があり感激でした！
朝食はブッフェではなく、隣接する素敵なレストランの普通のメニューから好きなものを選ぺるスタイルで大満足でした！"

Loads of parking at the rear, and loads of amenities surround the facility, Coles, Chemist, restaurants. Public transport at your door. Hard to go past this location. Really good !!"

"Fantastic location on the waterfront. We had a great view of the Swan from our 15th floor room. Rooms are great. A couple of minuses: breakfast is poor and overpriced, much better to eat out on the quay; and some staff members were confused and inefficient. But a nice hotel in a lovely place."

"Onsite parking was handy
Location was great! So close to Jacobs ladder & kings park, short drive to the city, subi etc
This is a old building done up
Really big old air con unit in the room was the first thing i noticed, didn't have to use it thank goodness.
Lights were a fancy panel but still after 2 days couldn't work out how to turn the lights on/off
Room was small but felt fresh with nice small bathroom area
Comfortable bed
No noise protection, doors banging and cars arriving outside was...

"Room was great,spacious,everything worked perfectly.
Enclosed Parking was very convenient at back of hotel,could enter from back door.
Bit disappointing that there is no restaurant for breakfast or dinner,but the shopping centre and all the other restaurants and bars are a few blocks up the road.
Staff was friendly and helpfull"
