Este condominio amplio y luminoso tiene increíbles vistas al océano, al río y al puente, por lo que es el lugar perfecto para su próximo viaje a Gold Beach. Podrá realizar caminatas pausadas (o recorridos muy rápidos) hasta el embarcadero para acceder fácilmente a la playa, y también puede pasar las tardes caminando por el río y observando los barcos de pesca en el agua. Y justo sobre el puente está Gold Beach con restaurantes, tiendas y muchas otras cosas interesantes para descubrir.

Stunning view of the rogue. However, code to get keys for unit was incorrect which started a snowball affect of issues. Dirty stained carpet, no outdoor BBQ and the oven doesn’t work. Otherwise acceptable but would strongly recommend putting together a guest book with the condos amenities and how to operate them.

Comfortable and great view!
My husband and I enjoyed our stay. This condo is comfortable, quiet, and had a great view of the Rogue River and the ocean. We saw birds, ducks, and sea lions. Cozy living room and well equipped kitchen. Had everything we needed. We'll be back again!

A delightful place to hang out along the banks of the Rogue River where it meets the Pacific Ocean.
Every day it was like having a front row seat to a parade! The daily fishing boats making their continually repeating circles down to the end of the jetty and back up to the bridge. The sea lions trying to steal the fishermen's catches. The sea lion patrol boat trying to chase away the sea lions. It was endlessly entertaining and relaxing sitting on the deck and watching the spectacle. And then there was Woogy's fish and chips and fish tacos!!! Amazingly good. And the Gold Beach Disc Golf course is super well maintained and a beautiful location to see how good your game is-- it's a challenging course, and great exercise with its forested course. And, of course, there's the ocean! Pistol River Beach 9mi south is a gem. The apartment is exactly as advertised, no surprises, very clean, and has everything you need for a great coast getaway.

Nice condo with a great view of the Rougue river. Nice little kitchen with everything you need to make meals. It was summer when we stayed there and couldnt get the AC to work. I'm glad we brought our own box fan to help us stay cool while sleeping. Overall a nice place to stay.

Great location
This rental was nice. Pictures on here are very accurate. The location was really nice, on the Rouge River. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a good steak dinner. Bathroom was fully stocked with plenty of towels. My only complaint with this rental is the beds. Oh my are they horrible!! I would highly reccomend some upgrading or at least a nice matress topper. My husband is someone who can sleep anywhere, in any condition & this was the 1st time he said the bed really made his back hurt. I put the extra blankets underneath our sheet, trying to make it better, but nothing helped. Horrible sleep for those 2 nights. Besides the beds though, I would highly reccomend this place. We will definately go back, if the fix the bed situation 😊

Beautiful Rogue Vista
We love watching the river as the tides change. The size is just right for my husband and I. We like having the bedroom located next to the bathroom. We used the stand-alone heater exclusively because we could not get the thermostat to work. The heater was sufficient. We have stayed here before and will be back.

Comfortable Condo Close to Many Fun Activities
We enjoyed a week-long stay in this pet-friendly condo with a gorgeous view of the Rogue River and Pacific Ocean confluence. The condo was clean (except for a bit of dirt in the high traffic carpeted areas) and very comfortable for our party of three and golden retriever. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, and utensils, and the appliances were all I'm good working order. I recommend bringing some extra towels and laundry detergent. We enjoyed many nearby activities during our week stay, including exploring the Boardman Scenic Corridor, hiking the Rogue River Trail, visiting the California Redwoods, horseback riding on a Brandon Beach, and kayaking on the Chetco River. It's a great place to stay with plenty to see and do. We did report to Vacasa that the kitchen lights were out but they did not fix them during our stay. This didn't affect our use of the kitchen much, as there was plenty of light from the rest of the living area, which is open to the kitchen.

Needs a redo.
Tired furnishings. Too many things wrong that would be easy to fix — clogged bathroom sink, kitchen lights won’t turn on, screens on deck door and small windows need to be replaced, uncomfortable deck chairs, ants in kitchen area. Spend some money and/or a weekend there yourself. It could be really nice, but as is, it’s borderline depressing.

Great place, wonderful view & was perfect for us!
Stayed here with my partner & our dog. The view was beautiful & the place itself was great. The wifi was a little spotty, but not a big deal. The condo was surprisingly spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. There’s a restaurant/bar right across the street, too!

Gold Beach Condo
Property itself is nice. Relatively newly updated. Great location and great views. Very nice size for just me. Pictures actually misrepresent the property as a ground floor condo. Only when I got check in codes was I told this is a 4th floor property with 3 flights of stairs. For a weekend that might be fine, but for an extended stay requiring lots of stuff to move in, it was a problem. I won't go back because of that issue. Nowhere on site was there an instruction booklet/binder letting you know how things work or what my responsibilities were. Most importantly nowhere to go for help. I've never seen this before and was really disappointing. Satellite television and wifi are terribly unstable. Only instruction I could get was unplug router and wait which actually did nothing for either. Couple that with no local help pretty frustrating. I made it work, but someone staying needing to do remote work of some kind, this not the place for that sort of stay. These issues come up, but no local help is really a problem and I will ask better questions next time. Again, property is pretty nice, but you are out there on your own. I won't go back.

An awesome place!
What a great place! VERY clean and bright and pretty well lighted. The kitchen has every type of pot and pan and cooking utensil you will ever need. Coffee maker is a pod style but there is a drip machine if you need. There is an in unit washer and drier if you need. also a nice gas grill on the deck. Nice fridge/freezer with ice maker. There is a nice 50" flat screen for your tv needs. We took our Fire Tv and hooked it up for movies etc. There is an upstairs loft that is nice. We stayed on the lower level. Great Bathroom with tons of hot water and a dual head shower. The lower main bedroom is spacious with a nice closet. The bed (for us ) was a bit on the hard side but not too bad. The only drawback was the internet. It was REALLY spotty and would not hook up for hours at a time. Called the front desk as instructed and they told me that they don't deal with or service the internet for that building any more. Not the end of the world but if you need to work while you are there? Be patient. The cable company came out and fixed whatever the problem was. Being this is on the top floor there are stairs to climb. I'm glad we left our dog at home! This place was so nice and quiet with an amazing of the river. WE WILL BE BACK!! STAY HERE!!
