It had a washing machine and dryer not mentioned in the description. The complex has a lot of permanent residents that were strange. One afternoon we had drinks on the terrace and noticed people from about 5 units above taking photo

The apartment is at the Ocean Plaza. This is what should have been said at the start. I Was led on a merry goose chase trying to find the accommodation after picking up the key.

Great location but….
We found the accommodation poorly cleaned in some areas. The property info lacked some important details such as how to get the aircon to work and accurately access the underground carpark. The property lacked either ceiling fans or aircon in the second bedroom which meant it was pretty warm during our stay. Could’ve been better overall.

Coolangatta Staycation
Great location, close to everything including beach, restaurants, shops etc. Unit was clean & comfortable & a good size. Check in & out instructions were a little confusing but we worked it out. A couple of extra bin liners would have been handy as the bin is very small & needed to be emptied every day. Overall a great experience.
