Come and enjoy small town America. Our two street, quiet neighborhood has concrete roads, sidewalks, street lamps and all. This home is a 4 bed, 4 bath 2-story home. Two rooms are upstairs with their own individual en-suite bathrooms and separate staircases as well (the rooms do not connect at all- great for added privacy for multi families traveling). One upstairs room has a queen bed and large bathroom with full tub/shower. Other upstairs bedroom has two double beds and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Downstairs has the primary bedroom with a king size bed, large bathroom and large tiled walk-in shower. There’s also an additional twin bed, that is stored in the closet, that can be pulled out to accommodate a young child who may still want to sleep in mom and dad’s room! (My youngest was like that! Lol) The other downstairs bedroom has a twin bunk bed with a twin trundle and a full size bed. This room could accommodate 4-5 children easily. This room also has a connecting bathroom as well. Each room has its own bathroom which is great for privacy when traveling with others.
We have also provided a high chair, pack-n-play and small portable crib for convenience for those traveling with infants. 👶 🍼 As of right now, we don’t offer bedding for the small crib so we would ask that you bring that or we do have smaller blankets available in the hall closet closest to the laundry room. The home is listed as sleeping 10 people but you can easily fit up to 12-14 and we certainly don’t mind trying to accommodate larger groups whenever possible!
You can entertain all night long with an amazing outdoor area equipped with a propane fire pit 🔥 , rockers 🪑 , small propane grill, porch swing and outdoor yard games 🎲 . The outdoor space is completely fenced in to keep toddlers or pets 🐶 confined and safe while you enjoy relaxing at the end of the day. This size home will definitely sleep a couple families, comfortably.

Come to Glen Rose to check out Fossil Rim 🦒 🦌 🦁 , tube the Brazos River 💦 ☀️ , or take a stroll through the quaint historic downtown square where there’s tons of little boutiques, a place to grab your favorite cocktail 🍸 , an old fashioned soda shop with nostalgic candies and ice cream floats, CRAVE - a brand new bakery and coffee shop AND SO MUCH MORE!

I like to leave little welcome baskets, soda, or a bottle of wine to all of my guests staying here. I absolutely enjoy hosting and making my home, as comfortable as your home, during your stay. We REALLY want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible!

Beautiful home
The house was beautiful. The cleaning crew could do a little better. There were a few spiders inside that had been there for a while. I rated the neighborhood lower because the morning we checked out we had to deal with 2 loose dogs that were not friendly. We loved the house and very much enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay there again when we come back to Glen Rose.

Wonderful Escape in Glen Rose
This house was a fabulous place to stay with a larger group. The two separate access upstairs bedrooms were a great option for having multiple families stay. It was very nice that every bedroom had its own bathroom and the common areas were very well equipped. Downtown Glen Rose was fun to stroll around and shop and Fossil Rim was so fun for the kids. By far the best giraffe experience we have ever had.

Family Gathering
10 family members from Virginia and Georgia for a celebration of life. Easy communication and check-in. Clean and adequate room for all. Although 102 degrees outside, the upstairs stayed as cool as the downstairs. The printer was used and appreciated. Hammonds Barbecue provided the food for gathering at Senior Center. Food delicious, employees extremely helpful and accommodating. Would definitely return. A modern, quiet neighborhood

Beautiful House
This is a beautiful house in a nice neighborhood. I love that each bedroom has it’s own bathroom. The listing states there will be a welcome basket of some sort, but there wasn’t for us. Not a big deal though. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

The Promise Small Group Stay
This location was perfect for our bible study group who were in town to see the Promise down the street from the house. The house is well equipped to cook for a large group and plenty of room to spread out both indoors and out. We were a group of 8 adult women and really appreciated the large dining table and quiet neighborhood. The house is close to everything Glen Rose has to offer. Would highly recommend as Gina was wonderful to work with as the property host and it has everything you'd need for a group!

Spring Break in Glen Rose
Gina’s place was perfect for our four-generation family vacation over spring break. House has all the amenities. Highly recommend. Location is great and super family-friendly neighborhood. And Gina is a fantastic host - very quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Would definitely go back if ever visiting Glen Rose.

Will definitely be coming back!!
A group of three families (all with littles ranging from 2 to 5) stayed a weekend for a quick get together/birthday celebration. The house was so adorable and very clean. The layout worked perfectly for the three families; it allows the adults to each have their own personal space, as well as all the kids got to hangout in the bunkhouse room. Not only was the house adorable, but so was the neighborhood. We went during the month of December and almost every house had Christmas lights up. We went for nightly walks in the neighborhood to see all the lights. All the neighbors we passed were so nice and friendly. The town is so cute. We weren't able to fit all the things we wanted to do in one weekend, so we are already planning a trip to come back and stay in the house in the next few months. The host was friendly and great with communication. She answered all our questions leading up to the weekend, as well as after in a quick, timely, and very friendly manner. We would and already have recommended this house to friends. And we are already looking at dates foe us to book in the near future.

Hidden gem in Glen Rose
Everything about this property is awesome--TVs in every bedroom, great layout, great OWNER, and quiet location in a residential neighborhood. We had 6 adults in the house and there was plenty of room for us to gather and sneak away if we needed quiet time. If you're staying in/around Glen Rose this is the place for you!!

Family Vacation
Overall we had a relaxing time staying at this property. The upstairs bathroom looked like it wasn’t finished being clean when we arrived. There was no liner in the garbage can and the previous guests shampoo and body wash we’re still in the shower so not sure if that area was cleaned or not. It looks like people keep dogs there as there’s a big dog crate, dog toys, pooper scooper on a turf backyard. Not sure if animals are allowed inside but the carpets could use a cleaning. We were in the middle of walking out the back door five minutes late as we were trying to make sure everything was picked up before we left and a cleaner came in upset that we were still there, that was a little weird. They also left some beer in the fridge which made us a little uncomfortable since we don’t drink, and our kids would open the fridge wondering if it was soda they could drink. They also left a little bucket with stuff for s’mores which was cute. Overall we were comfortable and the location was great.

Short weekend in Glen Rose
Three families staying the weekend in Glen Rose - about the same cost of staying in a hotel and SO MUCH NICER AND MUCH MORE CONVENIENT! We had so much fun at this property. We enjoyed a nice evening on the patio, played cornhole, relaxed and watched movies, and went for an early morning run through the neighborhood! Super great host - left snacks, drinks, and even left necessities in case we forgot anything! Definitely would stay here again! Very conveniently located!!!

Beautiful and comfortable!
We had a fantastic weekend! We had 3 families so the way the house split was perfect for us! The decor was gorgeous! There were games for the kids and perfect living area or table for them! We had the most fun outside playing cornhole! The little patio setup was adorable! Can’t wait to go back!

Great Golf Outing
Our group of 8 women came up for a golf competition at the Squaw Valley course, just 5 minutes from the house. The hosts were great and attended well to our needs throughout our stay. Loved having 4 bathrooms and a nice open kitchen plan for cooking and socializing. Comfortable, up to date, and convenient location - would definitely stay here again!
