"Cute, quiet place. Pool was great for smaller kids and very quiet. Kids loved the seashell bucket on the patio and added some to it. I’d recommend black out curtains in the living room that can pull back, it was very bright at 5:30A. We didn’t care but would if we were late sleepers. Place was a 14 min walk to the beach and super close to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping."

"Overall, the space was clean and cute. We enjoyed our stay. It would have been more comfortable if the air conditioning had been working properly. We had to turn it way down to get it to stay at 75 degrees. Other than that this little villa was perfect for what we needed."

"I have waited a while to send a review. This was a last-minute decision home. The one we originally had lined up through VRBO Had a water main break, unfortunately. Our daughter was graduating from Florida Atlantic so we went with this real estate investment group property. I think that is one of the keys when using this app X if they really own and care about the home. Hot tub did not work the whole time every time it turned on it Drained down to the pool level. They said they would send Pool...
