The village of Gröbming is located at 776 metres above sea level, on a hill in Styria's Enns Valley, in the middle of the Stoderzinken and Kammspitze mountain peaks in the adventure region of Schladming - Dachstein, where sport and adventure are paramount.

The Hauser Kaibling ski area, less than 10 minutes from Gröbming, is one of Austria's best ski areas and the ideal gateway to the Schladming - Dachstein ski region, with a breathtaking panorama from its highest point at over 2,000 metres. The 4-mountain ski area Schladming connects the four largest Styrian ski areas Hauser Kaibling, Planai, Hochwurzen and Reiteralm. Discover more than 123 kilometres of non-stop pistes in all levels of difficulty. Fantastically groomed slopes, beautiful winter scenery and fine powder snow do await you!

The Galsterberg with 11 km of stunning pistes and 3 fun-rides leaves nothing to be desired for skiers, winter sports enthusiasts, families or ski tourers and can be reached in appr. 20 minutes. Fun off-piste is provided by a 5 km-long toboggan run. The local mountain Stoderzinken and Michaelerberg provide a nice balance to the crowdy winter period whilst enjoying the pristine, snowy landscape on a guided snowshoe hike!

Besides golf, tennis and hiking, Austria's largest adventure park in Gröbming offers pure adrenaline for real daredevils with 22 different courses, 200 stations and a 2000-metre climbing route. Gröbming is also a true paradise for mountain bike lovers. The picturesque landscape and varied terrain make the region an ideal destination for MTB tours. The Planai main cable car takes bikers quickly and comfortably to the Schladminger Planai and directly to the Bikepark Schladming with trails such as the Flowline, the Uphill Flow Trail and the Jumpline. A variety of downhill trails guarantees maximum biking fun for all pros.

In summer, there is plenty of swimming fun at the Irdning bathing lake or the Gröbming public panorama pool, and an all-year tip is the thermal spa Grimming in Bad Mitterndorf.

This lovely holiday apartment has a central location right in the centre of Gröbming where you will find various shopping facilities and restaurants. The well-known holiday resort of Schladming can be reached by car in about 15 minutes
