"This vacation rental was amazing! It was extremely, clean, relaxing and user friendly. Everything in the house was labeled and tons of platters for serving. The place was extremely clean and had tons of blankets and towels. The hot tub was extremely clean! The place was super safe and beautiful! The one thing that was difficult was we had to check into the place at night and it was not working with Apple Maps and it was very difficult to find the yellow gate due to the lack of lights out there....

"We enjoyed our stay in the house tucked away in the trees. We are from AZ so it was nice to be surrounded by nature. It has a beautiful deck, but it was raining the week we were here, so we couldn’t enjoy it or the fire table. This house would be fun to stay in during the summer because it’s close to the river. It has a great open floor plan and had everything we needed. We couldn’t use the game room downstairs in the garage because it was so cold, but again, this would be a great family house...

"Great location on top of a hill in Sonoma. Very beautiful setting and incredibly peaceful. Perfect for multiple couples (four bedrooms/four bathrooms). Outside spaces were excellent. Having said that, it is starting to become a bit dated (e.g. furnishings) and could use an outdoor firepit and place to eat a meal for more than 4 people. Otherwise, would definitely return for a weekend with friends."

"My wife & I came to Forestville to visit her sister (obviously my Sister-in-Law), her husband & their menagerie of playful pets. We found this beautiful location about one mile from their place, great find. It also happened to overlap w/ our 23rd wedding anniversary & the owners were gracious enough to leave us a bottle of local bubbly in the fridge for us to toast & enjoy. "Very responsive host. We had a housekeeping misstep and he was there in a heartbeat fixing it! Property is a secluded cabin atmosphere in a neighborhood. No AC, which is the norm for NorCal but a bit too hot for me (I keep my house at 64 year round and 55 at night so…). Nice outdoor seating and fire pit."
