"We had a great stay here for a family wedding, two couples, a baby and a small dog. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, plus plenty of cleaning supplies. The location was perfect, just a few houses down from the beach access, and a short walk to the shops and restaurants. Special thanks to the owners who helped us with the doors, when we accidentally locked ourselves out in a rush! They were prompt to communicate and resolve the problem. On top of that they left some snacks...

"The house was charming and all our personal needs were met, and more! The beds were comfortable, and the furnishings were excellent. We used the percolator for our coffee. It has been years and years since I have used one. It worked well. The commute to the beach was easy. I was charmed and think it was one of the best rentals I have stayed in. Thank you!"

"House was perfect for our family (2 adults, 2 kids aged 5 and 7) for a spring break trip. House is so charming and cozy. Being right on the beach was a dream and the sunrise and dolphins made the early-morning wakeups by the kids totally worthwhile. The kids found a shark tooth and whale vertebrae on the first day and spent hours searching for more! The only thing we could have benefitted from was a nightlight in the bathroom and a little stepstool but that's obviously very specific to the age...

"We stayed for 6 days and it was amazing. Amber was very open with us and made it a completely stress free check in. We showed up and were informed the garage door was having issues. Within twenty minutes she had someone there to fix it. On top of how easy it was to check in, it's in a beautiful area. Your about 1 block from public beach access. The house was just as described and pictures do it justice. Very clean as well. Would 100% recommend."

"The property in Wilmington was just as described. The space had everything we needed and the hosts were friendly and available. Although we were tucked away in a neighborhood, it was easy to get to major roads and highways."

"Stayed with wife and 2 of the 4 grandkids. Arrived and found the house was not cleaned. contacted the host and she got in touch with cleaning personnel that arrived shortly. They did a great job and oh BTW it's not the host's fault. she had it scheduled. one of the rooms had a repair on the wall by the Circuit Breaker box that needs painting. The AC unit worked flawlessly and there was plenty Hot Water. The rear porch is filled with all kinds of items to use on the beach. The kids tried a...

"The farmhouse is beautifully decorated, we loved the woodgrain floors and decor. Many nice amenities, easy to book, host very available for if anything is needed. We did not need anything though. We felt well cared for and anything we might have needed was already there! This is a great location, easy for beach, around town and access to downtown as well."
