"At arrival we were warmly greeted by the owner, John. His hospitality was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. This is far better than a hotel. The ideal bed and breakfast charm too. He is so kind and goes out of his way to make his guests feel welcome and appreciated. We came to Augusta for medical reasons, and his kindness touched us at a difficult time. I will be staying here in the future, during my visits for treatment at the Augusta hospital."

"The TRAIN. i known the hotel is not responsible for the train. However people need to know the train is LOUD and it blows the horn ALL NIGHT LONG. I was awakened by the horn throughout the night while I tried to sleep. "

"We got stuck at the airport in Augusta after delayed flights, this meant that there was no car hire service or taxis. When I rang the hotel to ask that they keep my reservation they offered to send a shuttle, this was at 01:30 in morning on a Sunday (9th March) night. Awesome service, hugely appreciated. "
