"We have been staying at the hotel for the past 15 years. We also recommend it to family and friends. We love the location and the appearance and lovely grounds. We hardly spent any time in the hotel on this occasion. Our room was lovely and spacious. The bathroom is looking tired but it is very clean. Breakfast was lovely, and ordered from the table. We feel that the hotel and Makeney is our "happy place". Overall, a lovely stay and we'll definitely be back. Thank you "

"A late Valentines night away. We stayed in the superior room which had everything you could ask for. The Bath tub is a must and the spa facilities were perfect to unwind after a freezing cold day! We dinned in the Bowling Green for tea and breakfast. Location is ideal right next door The steaks were lush, and the potato hash for breakfast you need to try! Staff and service was amazing. "Tbh it wasn't that bad for the stay me and my boyfriend had. We went to alton towers when we stayed over and we didn't want to spend like £600+ on hotels inside the park. I had heard that recently this b&b was under new management the staff were great tbh. "I stayed there because I had to visit some customers really close. It seems like this place it's more for weddinds or other celebrations than for staying in. The service was not helpful at all. Breakfast it's included but there was a team of people just chatting and nobody came to explain what could I order. I had to go and ask and they were not kind at all. I won't definitely come back."
