Wild Elk Retreat is located in the beautiful Teton Shadows townhome development which is just north of the town of Jackson and it is adjacent to the Jackson Hole Golf and Tennis Club. This area provides phenomenal views of the Teton mountain range as well as excellent views of the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and it is within close proximity to the Jackson Hole Airport. Owen C features open common areas which are wonderful for entertaining. The interior has western contemporary furniture, decor, and artwork. The private bedrooms provide ample room for comfort, rest and relaxation. The central location will allow you to quickly access the nightlife in the town of Jackson and both Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks. Owen C townhome offers many avenues for adventuring in the majestic valley of Jackson Hole. We invite you to come stay at Owen C while enjoying Jackson Hole and its surrounding areas.

Great escape
Teenagers wanted snow and to learn to ski. We found this gem, saw deer and birds outside our back door, the rental car stayed snow-free in the garage, and had plenty of room for our family of four. It was in a great location, had beautiful furnishings, was spacious, and had all the amenities we needed to survive a seven-day adventure in Jackson Hole.

Comfortable and easy stay
The property was clean, adequately furnished/equipped, warm, and just the right size for our small family! The fireplace served us well on chilly fall evenings as well as the heating strips in every room. The kitchen was big enough to cook in and had all the equipment we needed, plus a variety of spices which were permitted for use. Had a couple of questions about the property and communicating with the property manager was a quick and easy ordeal. This property isn't right in the middle of town, which for us was nice for serenity and privacy, however it is about a 10 minute drive into town which isn't always ideal. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back

Awesome Townhome
This property was incredible. It was super clean, beautiful and very comfortable. The location of the townhouse was perfect. A quick ride to many places - GTNP, Teton Village, and downtown Jackson. We give it a 10 out of 10. There was construction going on in the development during our stay. Thankfully, it did not impact us, except that I think the noise may have frightened off animals as we did not see any as others have mentioned they did. The management company was great and kept us informed every step of the way and provided us with bottled water. We hope to return to the area and stay here again.

Great place!!
This was a great property with beautiful views. The kitchen was well stocked with basic items that you need for cooking. It was also very clean and comfortable. We were fortunate enough to have wildlife visit right outside of our back patio door several mornings. I would definitely recommend this location.

Excellent location and wonderful condo
Would definitely stay again. Perfect location between the park and Jackson. Quiet and cozy neighborhood, the airport was really not that bad. Only complaint was ice maker wasn't working but otherwise it was fantastic.

Great townhouse, close to GTNP
The property is just outside of the park entrance, close to the airport. Not having to drive to the park from Jackson or Teton Village was great - although you could hear the air traffic, it didn't occur overnight. The space itself was well appointed, with everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms are generously sized with blackout blinds - also a plus. Because A/C is not typical in the area, having ceiling fans in the bedrooms was an appreciated amenity. Would definitely stay here again, should we return to the area.

Truly Amazing
Our stay at this property in Jackson Hole was incredible. We didn't want to leave. Our family of 6 had an amazing time. I read a few reviews that complained about the airplanes flying overhead. The path of the planes is true, but we slept with our windows open and it wasn't an issue at all. The location of the townhouse was perfect -- about 10 minutes outside of downtown Jackson Hole, which we really liked. It was actually closer to the Tetons and on the way to Yellowstone. The townhouse itself was immaculate and very nice. I would rate this property a 10 out of 10. My wife said when we left that we have to stay in this exact place again soon, and we will. It was our first trip to Jackson Hole and we will definitely be back!

Older Residents/planes but good location
Our young family was plently surprised by the jungle gym. We felt a little out of place among the older residents. The airport is north of the prpperty and planes do take off right over the property, not a big issue for us but something to be aware of if plane noise bothers you. If you are going to Jackson and the parks the property is conveniently in the middle of everything, about 20 minutes to any of the action spots.

Comfortable and Relaxing
The home had all the amenities to feel at home including kitchen utensils and spices. We were able to relax after hiking in the Tetons all day and the location was equally between Jackson Hole and Grand Teton Park. New visitors should be aware that the townhouse is in the direct flight path of the Jackson Hole Airport which means quiet mornings will be filled with airplanes taking off or landing.

Relaxing retreat
This was the cutest condo ever! Very clean, plenty of room, the kitchen was abundant with anything you would have wanted, the patio was perfect for morning coffee and watching the squirrels play. Master bed was so comfy you just sink into dreamland. The secondary bedroom that I used for an office was so idyllic looking out to the Tetons! I would highly recommend this little charmer!

From the moment we opened the front door we were impressed! Everything you would possibly need was provided. The location was PERFECT. We were blessed with the mother moose and her days old twins visiting in the backyard twice!! Highly recommend.

Quiet, Cute House. Tons of wildlife!
My Father and I stayed here for a short ski retreat. While we were not the closest to the JHMR, this was perfect for our needs. We we able to recharge each night in comfort. This place would be even better in the Summer. Tons of wildlife around!

Perfect condo for our family of 5!
This condo was perfect for our family of 5! We visited Jackson Hole for the first time with our 3 kids ages 9, 8, and 5. It’s located about 9 minutes from the airport and 12 minutes from downtown Jackson. Convenient location! It’s newly renovated so everything is modern and well decorated. Our kids loved the comfy twin beds and my husband and I slept great in the king bed. We did laundry every night so the washer and dryer were so appreciated. We were able to park in the garage which was so nice to keep from having to clean the car of snow and ice each morning. There was also wood stored in the garage for us to have fires in the evening which were so enjoyable. The deer out the back door were our favorite part. They were waiting when we first checked in and anytime we came back to the condo. My husband and daughter fed them daily and even got them to eat from their mouths! Friendly neighbors. Cute, quiet community. We will be back!

Perfect Birthday Getaway
I rented this play for my partner's birthday and it was perfect. Close proximity to the airport, downtown Jackson, and the Grand Tetons. The house had everything we needed and more. Will definitely rebook next time we make our way back out there.
