"The place itself could be nice, but it was not very well cleaned, the interior is of the cheapest kind and some of it old. The microwave and fridge wer visibly very rusty, the ice compartment broken. We did tell Vacasa about this and they did nothing about that, although they did switch out the broken mixer and gave us a kettle which was not listed in the rental agreement.For the amount this appartment costs, we would have expected something better. "

"Unit was good , slightly dated but functional. Ac in master made a gurgling noise. Unit is on third floor which is not advertised. Unit has closet with beach stuff which was handy. Locating the unit in the dark upon our arrival was difficult as property is dimly lit. Overall was decent place to stay . "

"We had a lovely stay in this condo. Everything was great, good location, lots of extras (chairs, towels, snacks), comfortable beds! My kids said this was the best pull out couch they have ever slept on. My only note is that the condo upstairs must have thin or hard flooring, as we heard our upstairs neighbors every morning, quite loud. "An awesome condo in an awesome little community. Perfect for proximity to North Shore adventures, and not nearly as busy as the east and south shores. The condo itself is the perfect home base. "We had a good stay and the host was very responsive and quickly fixed some minor issues we encountered at the start of our rental. Unfortunately, it was not clear that the athletic club could not be used on our last day, which was a bit disappointing (an attempt to rectify this at short notice did not work out). Overall, great location, nice condo and a very responsive communication with the host. We would (maybe will) stay again in the unit. "
