"The stay was very disappointing. At the 4pm check in (which was very late) the condo was not cleaned. I was half way through cleaning in myself when a couple showed to finish. No washer and dryer. The space isn’t even set up for it even though it’s listed in the amenities. Upon arrival the TV was not working. The owner was notified and it took 4 days to be replaced. Normally not a big deal but this was just a solo golf trip and I could have really used the relax time at night. The space was used...

"The place itself could be nice, but it was not very well cleaned, the interior is of the cheapest kind and some of it old. The microwave and fridge wer visibly very rusty, the ice compartment broken. We did tell Vacasa about this and they did nothing about that, although they did switch out the broken mixer and gave us a kettle which was not listed in the rental agreement.For the amount this appartment costs, we would have expected something better. "

"Anyone considering staying in princeville should book this beautifully thought-out condo with no hesitation. Location is great - peaceful and quiet with lots of places to walk to. The layout of the condo is perfect and all furniture is so comfy - we almost didn’t want to leave to go explore the island. The hosts were incredibly responsive with a few minor questions we had. We will be back when we come back to Kauai soon. "

"No matter it’s Kaua’i and it’s amazing. I felt the check in process was easy. Contact with management was great. Property staff weren’t as pleasant as I remember in the past. The room is in need of an update but for the price I get it. Back door slider doesn’t lock as the HVAC unit doesn’t work and they’re using a portable AC unit with hose. I felt safe so didn’t make a fuss but if that’s important to you know the unit is not secure at this time. I’d not recommend long stays as you don’t get...

"El personal es deplorable, son super groseros, cero amables. La habitacion no esta mal, pero no sale agua caliente despues de 20 minutos dejando el agua correr y el aire acondicionado esta en una muy mala posición que te enferma desde la primera noche. Todo el tiempo huele los pasillos a Marihuana. El restaurante es lo peor, el gerente nos solicitó consumir alimentos o que nos retiraramos, nos quejamos del servicio y su respuesta fue "si no te gusta, que hacen aquí?" No pierdas tu tiempo, mejor ve a otro lugar."

"Hotel ls fine, clean… make sure this is the most covenient part of the island for you. Restaurant service is terrible. Moody, rude servers which doesn't matter, but the terrible thing was that they interpreted cash payments as 100% tips, so at checkout we had to pay the breakfast bill again... terrible on the part of the waiters, the hotel... anyway. Be careful with that."
