"Right from when I booked the property to arriving and departing, the communication from Mary was great. There was even the issue of water one day - that affected the entire community, because county had to work on a broken pipe. Mary coordinated with HOA and kept me posted. Instructions were very clear. House itself was great. It has kayaks, location is awesome. Very clean bathrooms, kitchen and the house in general. Will recommend and will stay again if I plan to go to keys"

The kids loved the several board games the house had and the parents loved the screened, fanned porch. Property manager Michael reached out and was available over text. The lagoon pool was magnificent, especially great for toddlers/young kids, with an expansive wade-in area and a sandy area too. I have nothing negative to...

"The property was lovely. It was a great location and the neighborhood had great amenities. My only issue was that while it slept 6, there wasn't 6 seats at the dining table nor 6 places to sit in the living room. I would expect all aspects of a property to fit the same number of people that can sleep there."

Fully stocked kitchen, bedding was nice, beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked great, plenty of outdoor area to hang scuba gear to dry, the community where the house is located is pleasant. The pool is right next door. We walked in the campground daily. It’s very safe. The owners were so quick to respond!"
