Come relax in this charming 3 Bedroom Villa just steps away from the Atlantic Ocean. With an easy 2-minute walk to the beach and situated at the front of Kiawah Island and next to Cougar Point Golf Course. With 10 miles of beaches, world class golf including host of 2021 PGA Championship, and a 5-star resort to take advantage, there is something for everyone here on Kiawah!

This is a 2 story 3 Bedroom Villa steps away from the Atlantic Ocean! Recently renovated to make this feel like home away from home. Three flat screen TVs, YouTube TV, all major streaming services available (with personal subscription), 1 Gigabyte of high-speed internet, porch off the back with constant sounds of the ocean! The living room has a 55" 4k TV. Yale Key less Smart lock for easy access. This villa is a 2-minute walk to beach access at boardwalk #8. A great location for a great vacation!

This is a non-smoking property that includes parking adjacent to the building, 24-hour security, air conditioning, internet, fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, starter supply of paper products and ample supply of laundry and dishwasher pods, fresh linens, fresh towels, and in these times comes with a starter pack of toilet paper! Beach towels are included!

Great location
Great location with close proximity to the beach. Unfortunately, the deck was unusable due to multiple wasp nest immediately upon opening the door, most chairs and umbrellas in the closet were broken so the information needs updated. Difficulty getting tvs in bedrooms to work. Small details which in no way deterred from our great time, would rent again.

It was a nice villa, great location however it was not clean. Lots of dust on back of upholstered headboard, debris in dresser drawer, items located under bed and old shrimp left in refrigerator.

Overall, very good. Great location. Steps from beach. About a mile from shopping/dining and park. Easy bike path/beach path access Great communication with owner. Super responsive. Everything you need with exception of beach towels on premises. Our only 2 complaints are that pest control most likely is due any day as we had a few bug issues, which we realize is part of beach front living. We also misunderstood that listing had pool privileges bc we saw pool in photo that shows location of property and were disappointed that this community is so close to the pool that many belong to in the area with their homeowners association. We may have rented elsewhere only bc we like having both pool and beach and made an assumption, based on photos. Otherwise, awesome awesome place. Well laid out. Loved everything else. Will definitely be back to this area

Overall great condo. Easy two minute walk to the beach. Beds were comfortable. Unit felt clean. Really appreciated that unit came with beach buggy and chairs. Property manager very responsive and helpful.

Awesome place to stay!
Very clean and well-equipped! We were surprised at how well stocked this place was (ie, lots of kitchen stuff, Beach chairs, wagon, board games, etc. The pictures are true to reality. It truly is a 2 minute walk to the beach. We were very happy with the place and would consider booking again. Check in/out was easy. Communication with the host was great. The community is quiet and beautiful. Highly recommend!

Awesome location, very short walk to beach. 2 miles drive to Freshfields shopping / dinning village. Well and comfortable furnished. Bedrooms are on the first floor, living and kitchen on the 2nd floor. No view but there is a deck with a high top table and 2 chairs. Kitchen is well stocked.

Girls' Trip
Cameron's beach villa was the perfect getaway for our annual girls' trip! The villa is very clean and well-appointed. It has all the kitchen essentials and comfortable beds. This villa is a very quick walk to the beach and is a quick drive or bike ride to Freshfields Shopping and Dining. Cameron was quick to respond to any questions I had. Nice property that was well equipped. The washing machine agitator is not working, it sounds like it's working... yet the agitator is not moving. No way for the owner to know this without it being pointed out :) so here it is. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location!
What a great place! It has everything you need. The location is literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. The place has all of the amenities you should need. It even has a foldable wagon to bring your chairs, boogie boards, etc to the beach! This was the perfect place for our family of 4 and a set of grandparents. Plenty of space!

This two story house is cute, clean and close to the beach! The kitchen is well stocked for a variety of meals you might want to cook if staying in. It was perfectly suited for my family of adults and teens.
