"The young lady at the front desk was so friendly and helpful.. The room was clean, large and comfortable. I felt bad because no one carries cash anymore so when we left it was difficult to put on a tip for the cleaning staff. Suggestion; What about asking when we check in if we would like to add a tip for the cleaning staff. "My partner and I got married at the nearby Elora Mill Hotel & Spa. We chose to stay with some of our wedding party at Cedarcliff not only because it was close by, but because we know it would be for great pre-ceremony photos of us and our party. The only comment I would make is that the house comfortable sleeps 10, not 12 as the listing suggests. We ended up putting one person in a cot in the living room and another guest on an air mattress we happened to have in our car."
