"The young lady at the front desk was so friendly and helpful.. The room was clean, large and comfortable. I felt bad because no one carries cash anymore so when we left it was difficult to put on a tip for the cleaning staff. Suggestion; What about asking when we check in if we would like to add a tip for the cleaning staff. That way it can be paid with the room on visa or whatever and the cleaning staff will get more tips. Just an idea. Thanks for a great experience. Please thank the staff as...

"My partner and I got married at the nearby Elora Mill Hotel & Spa. We chose to stay with some of our wedding party at Cedarcliff not only because it was close by, but because we know it would be for great pre-ceremony photos of us and our party. The only comment I would make is that the house comfortable sleeps 10, not 12 as the listing suggests. We ended up putting one person in a cot in the living room and another guest on an air mattress we happened to have in our car."
