Soleado condominio estudio lado sur con aire acondicionado. Este condominio remodelado, extra espacioso (520 pies cuadrados) de estilo estudio con exuberante vista al jardín.

Perfect
The studio was perfect for my stay on island. Poipu is always a great choice. This unit was located 2 minutes walk from one of the best sunset spots on island. The convience of a full kitchen was greta and the bed and pillows where super comfy!

Lovely!
Wonderful location in Poipu! Awesome to have snorkel gear, beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella for beach days. Nice view of the pool and tropical gardens, and a walk downstairs and around the building led to being able to see the ocean. Well furnished, good condition of cookware and appliances, and easy parking (the Lawai Beach Resort was the most convenient). Thank you for having us!

Great location
The property was really nice but the bathroom and kitchen were pretty dirty. Shower curtain had mold and shower had a lot of soap scum and fridge had sauce on the side. Nothing a magic eraser couldn’t fix.

Not bad, except for bathroom
This property was nice, close to beaches and restaurants and had all basics in the room (dishes, utensils, etc.), our main complaint would be the bathroom and shower. The shower was extremely small and the curtain and floor of it was kind of gross, and the sliding bathroom door itself was falling off its rail. My wife and I both reached out (via phone and email) about this being our honeymoon and we wanted something special but no luck. My wife was told to call the concierge but no one ever answered after several attempts.

The property is beautiful. I will definitely stay here again. Maybe not this unit. It was advertised as having air conditioning. The air conditioner was plugged into the wall with a note that said electricity is really high so don’t use this if you don’t need it or something like that. The thing didn’t even work. The sole reason I got that room was because it said air-conditioned. My travel partner was adamant about that one thing. The only other thing I’ll say is the shower was filthy. Somebody needs to get in there with some deep cleaner and scrub scum. The groundskeeper‘s and housekeepers an office manager everybody was an A+

Perfect for two with a great location!
This place is simple and perfect. It has everything you need, including boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. The beach is right across the street and great snorkeling is close by and many other locations as well. Bed is comfortable it is a great layout. We loved it!

Perfect for us
The studio at Prince Kuhio Condos was perfect for us. The complex is small and private. Our last vacation was at a resort that was huge and busy and the staff was constantly trying to sell us time shares. This was so much more calm and relaxing. Just our speed. The complex is lush with beautiful plants, trees, landscape and a koi pond. It is walking distance to a couple small beaches and about a mile from Po’ipu Beach where we spent most our time. Google it, that beach is the best! Turtles come in every night around 7pm. The room is exactly as advertised in the virtual tour. There are beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and pool noodles for use and we used them daily. The AC is a small unit but there are fans too that help cool the room. The shower is very small, but we made it work. I loved it and I would definitely rent there again.

Another great stay
This condo was very comfortable for my husband and I. The property is beautiful and peaceful and the location is prime with a beach across the street. Be sure and try the little food truck across from the beach!

Good place, good location, good people
Good clean place conveniently located to beaches, dive and snorkeling spots, and varied food options. Price was fair. People were friendly and quiet mostly. Beach going equipment in the condo for leisure usage was excellent. Good stay. Overall rating is 4 stars just because condo design does not enable a good cross breeze draft..AC was needed to cool down the space but it didn’t effectively cool the space as the space may be too much for the portable AC to handle. Fans helped but would prefer a condo design with windows and doors on multiple sides of condo to enable better natural ventilation. Mahalo

I really like the accommodations for visiting my local family. Pool is quiet and my daughter and granddaughters came a couple of times. Very nice. Only issue to point out is there was a large cockroach In my unit. I did deal with him, but probably time for an exterminator. I would come back.

The stay was awesome. The property from the pictures appeared to be right on the beach. I was a little disappointed to find out that was not the case. Parking can be a little tricky if you plan to be off property at night. The studio itself was fine - you're in Hawaii so we were really out and about as much as possible.

Great location, quiet complex
The location of this complex is absolutely pristine. The area is quiet (except for the parrots in the morning & evening), the beach is right across the street, and it is nearby great farmers markets, restaurants, and snorkeling. We walked across the street every morning and evening to watch the sunrise & the sunset. The grounds are absolutely beautiful -- exotic plants, flowers, trees, orchids everywhere. The staff we encountered were also very friendly and helpful with recommendations, insider tips, and were just overall great at their jobs. They kept the grounds in immaculate condition. It was great to have access to cable TV, Wifi (so I could get some work done in the wee hours while away), and the option to literally walk a few yards to the nearest restaurant. Having access to the barbecues was also awesome -- we bought fish (Ono & Opah) from a local fish market, got some great seasoning at the farmer's market, and cooked it on the barbecue on the grounds. It was probably the best fish I've ever tasted, honestly! Don't bother parking in the front lot -- your rental car will be absolutely caked in bird poop within hours. Park in the garage around the corner on the lower-level (which is reserved for Prince Kuhio tenants). There are constantly security golf carts roaming about, and it felt very safe. I appreciated the layout of the condo & the access to flippers, towels, sunscreen, bugspray, etc. The pool area was also private, quiet, and peaceful -- I took a dip on many days just to cool down my core temp. We live in California, so we are used to the heat, but man, it was so dang HOT. The biggest issue we experienced here was the air conditioning. There are typed, laminated notes in various places explaining how expensive the air conditioning/electricity is and not to use it very long; however, it took a long time to cool down the room, and, it didn't get very cold. We sweat the entire week (granted, it was unseasonably humid during this season). On the last day we were there, we spent an extra $200 to go and sleep in a proper hotel with air conditioning. There were little bugs in the kitchen as well, in spite of us meticulously cleaning up after every meal. The fan in the shower is barely existent, adding to the humidity/sticky effect. There was only one lock on the door; it would have been nice to feel safer with a dead-bolt of some kind. If you can handle the heat, this is your place. However, we would not stay again.
