Watch the sunset over the incredible panoramic view of 9th fairway and green of Hacienda Oaks Championship Course in the backyard! This 2BR 2BA is in The Village of Hacienda North. Minutes away from nightly live music at Lake Sumter Landing. Rec centers & multiple pools are a golf cart ride away.
- Master bedroom with king bed, TV, large walk-in closet & ensuite bathroom with lg walk-in shower
- 1 queen bedroom & Office w/ sofa sleeper - no closet
- Guest bath (walk-in tub)



The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. All homes that are occupied must be occupied by at least one person who is at least fifty five (55) years of age. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period.

Door Code provided 48 hours prior to arrival

Resident IDs: You will need Village Resident ID cards if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickle ball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allow two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests.

Mail/Amazon Packages: The mailbox key is not given out to guests. Please have Amazon packages delivered to an Amazon locker; And Amazon will not always deliver to the house, and owners / leasing agents are not responsible for any mail or packages.

Pets: We do not allow pets at this property.

Supplies: The home will have a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc. There is enough for a three-night stay for your convenience. If additional supplies are needed during your stay, you are responsible for purchasing these.

Repairs/Maintenance/Damage: If anything needs to be repaired or gets damaged during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will have a handyman or repairman come out and address the problem.

The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Hold Harmless form to drive. if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to date and fill in your home address on the front page and sign the back page of the Hold Harmless Agreement. You will find the Hold Harmless Agreement inside the booklet when you arrive at the property. We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs.

Golf Cart Fee is $100 at the time of booking.

Hacienda North Home
Nice location, home was attractive, nice furnishings. Bedrooms and closests were spacious. Nice lanai, Though attention to some small things such as propane for the grill and some kitchen prep ware, such as a 913 baking dish , a 2 or 3qt casserole dish, wine bottle opener, although they did have small amount clay ware for the oven, did not find it partical. Upon arrival I did have a few questions and they were very prompt with followup. Was a lovely location. Valet Rebtal service was wonderful to use in booking and followup. Great job by them.

TV visit
This was an ok place. Nice location on the golf course, but owner needs to spend a few dollars sprucing it and updating the place. Recommend a new cleaning service! Back lanai was filthy and plants were dying…dead leaves on the floor. We watered the plants! It was a bit dirty (floors) inside. Sliding glass doors didn’t lock properly. Front door electronic door didn’t work all the time from outside. Golf cart was ok…old and electric motor or batteries on their las year.

Lady Lake Visit
What we liked: The view from the back patio, location to Spanish Springs Center, Location to golf, Quiet neighborhood. What we didn't like: No directions regarding operation of televisions, offering a golf cart that was unusable due to no direction lights (offered using hand signals but that didn't cover night time driving), electric stove, kitchen utensils were old dishes were chipped, blind in kitchen was broken, couch was electric but no extension cord to plug it in and use it. We did eventually find one but it was buried in a drawer. Furniture on the back patio was dirty. Master Bed was uncomfortable and there was no blanket. Fan in master bath made an unbearable noise.

Great Time!!
We really enjoyed our stay at The Villages, especially here at Koutzarov - Sweet Inspiration! The location right on the golf course was perfect to spectate the golfers on the green, but also felt very secluded. I would have given 5 stars but there were little things that were inconvenient (tv outside was out of service, no batteries in one of the remotes, fans make a clicking noise when up too high). However, the with access to the golf cart and Lifestyle IDs, it made our stay very fun! We had the best time and would highly recommend this place!

Centrally located house in The Villages
Very spacious home, centrally located near anything you might need or want to do. 2 bedrooms. 3rd “bedroom” has sleeper sofa. Lovely lanai facing 9th green of golf course. Would def stay there again.
