Love, love, love this place!
We have been staying in this town house for several years now. The location is perfect as it is just a short drive to everything- shops, restaurants, hiking trails, the river and the ski slope. It's great to be able to bring our dog! The owner is always quick to respond if you have any issues or questions. There is always an upgrade of some kind also- new AC units in the living room/dining room area and the upstairs bedroom which work great! They added new blinds to the windows and last year a new big screen tv. It's well kept and always clean. Can't wait to go back!

Perfectly Positioned
I've rented from Joe multiple times. We go up as a family of 8 for Fall hiking. House easily accommodates the family. Fully equipped for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Perfectly positioned on the Kancamagus Hwy. Just few mins from Loon (shuttle provided in the winter for skiing) and just a couple of miles from the center. Joe is very responsive to any items and or questions. Looking forward to renting agiain in FY24!

Amazing location for end of summer getaway
Great property in Lincoln NH. Close to everything we wanted to do (alpine adventure park, whales tale water park, mount Washington, and Santa’s village, to name a few of what we did). Owners are great to work with, very prompt with communication and friendly! Highly recommend to anyone looking to getaway!

Gorgeous, great location, spacious and clean.
Repeat renter. Love this townhouse! The owner is very helpful and quick to respond. This townhouse is spacious! Plenty of room for family and friends. Enjoyed playing games at the large dining room table. Beds were very comfortable. This townhouse has been updated with new kitchen and bathrooms which are beautiful! We loved having a washer and dryer available in the unit. The Playstation was equipped with many games and was located in the loft area so that kids could have their own space to play. Luckily this place was located at street level and we didn't have to deal with climbing stairs to get into the unit. Located very close to town which was super convenient. We couldn't figure out how to use surround sound so not sure if that is working. Large screen TV and 3 comfortable couches for plenty of seating in the living room was perfect. Looking forward to staying here next year!

Great house and location
LOVED the location as a launch point for our hikes in the White Mountains. We swam at the Mountain Club on Loon every day, meandered through the two developments, wandered down to the Pemi to wade, mountain biked down Loon, and hiked many 4000+ footers. Dream kitchen for those who like to cook with newer appliances and great pots and pans, nice bathrooms, big communal space on the main living floor to spread out, as well as a quieter small loft. As other guests have said, no AC for the lower level bedrooms and we couldn't get the Playstation to work (and are pretty tech savvy). Host was responsive to my texts and I sent him a list of light bulbs that needed replacing - house was pretty dark in the evenings, especially in the bedrooms with no overhead lights. Internet was down on and off while we were there, but talking to other residents in the Clearbrook Community this was a bigger problem than just this unit.
