Bienvenido a "Lakefront Hideaway", una escapada muy tranquila y serena. Ubicado en el lado del lago Dunns en Litchfield, MN. Esta escapada a la cabaña es perfecta para escapar del bullicio y ajetreo de la ciudad y disfrutar de un refugio tranquilo y relajante frente al mar. Esta cabaña es propiedad y está construida por un artesano que ha estado construyendo casas personalizadas por más de 25 años (2009) y lleva el cálido y atractivo encanto clásico de la cabaña de troncos que ha estado buscando, sin duda lo hará sentir como en casa.

La sala de estar está llena de ventanas de piso a techo, que le dan una hermosa vista del lago y esas increíbles puestas de sol de Minnesota se pueden experimentar cuando el sol se pone directamente a través del lago desde la cubierta. En la cocina hay una isla grande, y un montón de espacio en el mostrador para cocinar o entretener, además de tener electrodomésticos actualizados.

Con 1,700 pies cuadrados, "Lakefront Hideaway" c��modo para 6 personas. Hay una cama de matrimonio en el dormitorio de la planta principal y otra cama de matrimonio en la zona de arriba del loft. En el segundo dormitorio encima del garaje, hay 2 camas gemelas y mucho espacio para acomodar un colchón hinchable tamaño queen.
En el exterior encontrará un gran patio con una bella chimenea empotrada, así como un gran patio para actividades. No hay residentes u hogares al otro lado del lago, por lo que su vista es de bosque boscoso. Si desea relajarse en una hamaca, navegar en kayak por el lago, asar a la parrilla o jugar algunas bolsas de frijoles, puede encontrar todas estas cosas y más en "Lakefront Hideaway". El muelle es lo suficientemente grande como para albergar un bote y / o una moto de agua, y el acceso público se encuentra al final de la calle, lo que hace que este sea el lugar perfecto para una escapada tranquila y relajante en la cabina.

Dunns Lake es ideal para actividades acuáticas y la pesca donde se pueden encontrar peces como: Bass, Crappie, Sunfish, Walleye y Northern Pike. La entrada al lago desde la cabina no tiene una playa de arena. Hay algunas rocas para navegar o puede ingresar desde el muelle. El lago en sí tiene poco menos de 200 acres.

Everything was great! Location, accommodations suited our party, Nice lodge feeling, the kids loved the games and movies. Well set up. we didn't need to leave for anything, however we did go into Litchfield, charming city.

Peaceful get away with family
This lovely lake property was just what we needed following the death of a close friend. We were thrilled to see loons, pheasant, bald eagle, deer, and Sandhill Crane. Enjoyed the kayaks, fire pit, and games.

Fantastic 5 night stay
This cabin stay exceeded our expectations! It was clean and had everything we needed, great kitchen and fun games too. I don't really like swimming in Minnesota lakes usually, so for me to like swimming there is a big deal, is was kinda warm and not weedy. The view is gorgeous , we have nothing bad to say at all. Thank you very much!

Beautiful Cabin
This is a beautiful cabin. We rent a few VRBO's per year and this was the cleanest. Very cozy, nice views of the lake, comfortable beds, upgrade amenities throughout the cabin. We love to fish, while we only caught some small sun fish, the dock was nice. We were up for a funeral, so it was nice to have family join us and enjoy the fire pit, enjoy the views and share stories.

Fantastic Cabin!
The cabin was the perfect spot for a relaxing change of pace weekend. A manageable drive from the city to a small lake where you feel like you're miles away. The cabin was very clean and well stocked with linens, towels, kitchen supplies, etc. The kayaks and fire pit were added bonuses for our group. We will definitely return.

This property was accurately described in its listing: Very quiet location, beautiful lake, and a very tasteful, well-built home. We soaked up the views from inside or from the lovely patio. Perfect place for me to read two books in one week. We definitely recommend this piece of Minnesota heaven.

Beautiful getaway
The cabin/lake home was beautiful, cozy, and welcoming. Beautiful view on the lake, a great patio with fire pit, and plenty of space. It's only a short drive to nice hiking trails, and if you're into it, you can check out the biggest ball of twine in Darwin (a 5 minute drive). Very happy we chose this place.

R&R at the Lake
Very clean and modern A frame cabin with a loft and plenty of room. Large backyard patio with a fire pit and all of the amenities you would expect. A walk down to the dock reveals a smaller farm country lake that lends itself to small craft and kayaks. Lots of quiet and chances for relaxing only 90 minutes from the cities.

I would defiantly recommend
This place was so beautiful. We went in the winter and the lake view was gorgeous. You can’t walk down to the lake though from the cabin in the winter. I would think this would be great for the summer! You could fit probably 10 people here with a couple air mattresses. Plenty of room upstairs to put them. Kids have a cute area up stairs to hang out too if you want kids upstairs and adults downstairs. We did a girls weekend and would defiantly come here again!

Nice spot facing west onto lake for great sunset views. Newer construction lake home with nice amenities, including nice even climate control throughout the structure. Separate upper level "kids" space for noise control when needed.

Peaceful Getaway
My husband and I decided to take our adult sons on a short getaway. It was perfect! The setting is quiet and peaceful and the cabin is beautifully done and well stocked for all of our cooking needs. We are really happy with our choice and we would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a relaxing peaceful setting and getting away from the electronic world which we were. Thank you!

Lake Relaxation
This lake home was exactly what we hoped it would be. The home was EXTREMELY clean and was private (except the neighbor's garage to the north of the property). The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook (which is good because there isn't anything nearby) and the bathrooms / linens provided were very nice. The lake itself was very quiet and small, which is what we liked. We were able to use the kayak's provided to go all the way around the lake in less than an hour. The water was a bit murky, so swimming wasn't good. We used the fire pit every night - it was so nice to have all the fire wood provided! We had spectacular sunsets every night and clear skies for amazing star gazing. The only draw back was no washing machine and dryer. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations and allowed us to have a very relaxing experience.

Great cabin!
We stayed at the cabin over Memorial Day weekend and it was just what we needed! The cabin is awesome - clean, comfortable, and well stocked (kitchen and garage). The view from the cabin and patio is beautiful! The patio was a great relaxing place to hang out and we lucked out with great weather. We enjoyed the kayaks, fishing off the dock, the hammock and the firepit (firewood provided) in the evening! Would definitely recommend and also would go back to the cabin in the future! It is in an area without much around but the cabin/lake was all we wanted and needed!

We LOVED the following: *Great Patio w underground Fire Pit overlooking the Water *All the Amenities you need for cooking/grilling and also included fire wood, canoe, kayak, etc. *Cozy Cabin, but very spacious *Privacy was excellent *bottle of wine was nice touch to welcome us. *we look forward to coming back!!

Perfect cabin on a lake just over an hour from The Twin Cities
The three bedroom, 2 bath cabin was spotless, welcoming, and the huge windows onto the deck and lake provided amazing views. It was quiet and a made to order spot for our Girls Get Away. Our only disappointments were that there was no WI Fi connection, and while a TV is advertised it is only for DVDs.

Recommended for a lovely relaxing getaway
We had a wonderfully relaxing time kayaking, swimming and fishing at the Lakefront Hideaway in Litchfield. The cabin is really cozy and comfortable and the views were awesome. The management company was very attentive and had great customer service. We have only a couple suggestions; first the couches could use a cleaning or reupholstering/slip covers and a ladder to get in and out of the lake onto the dock would be nice.
