➞Noise Consideration: There is a potential for noise through the shared wall with another unit (though the soundproofing in our home is great). Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum.
➞Central AC: The central AC is shared between two units and controlled by the host. We will find a comfortable setting for everyone if there are guests in both units.
HOUSE RULES:
•Please be respectful of neighbors. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood.
•No loud noise or music past 10:00 PM

•Adult supervision of children on the property at all times.
•No Smoking of any kind in the house (including vapes). A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present.
•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present.
•No extra or overnight guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation).
•No mail / packages delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick-up location.
•No pets (ONLY with prior approval)
•No parking anywhere other than assigned spaces
•Check-in time is anytime after 4pm
