A gem of a place!
The host, Tyler, was very communicative and helpful in organizing our stay. Our event we were in Louisville for got pushed a day, and he worked with us to make the shift in our reservation so we could stay without completely changing our plans. He gave us good suggestions of eateries and pubs nearby too. The place has a really cool vibe and walking distance to the walking bridge among other places. And the exposed brick inside our place among the other amenities the place offers made our stay really enjoyable.

Unsure about location since I’m unfamiliar with that area. Place was cute. When I got there, there was a washcloth drying on top of shower rod. Wasn’t clear if it was from cleaning the bathroom or used by previous guest. Overall, ok place to stay. Bed in bedroom super uncomfortable (in my opinion) . And, small recommendation: install soft close toilet seat

Great little loft in Louisville
My wife and I stayed here over a long weekend and it was very nice! Great location, within 15 minutes of everything we wanted to do in the city. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The room was very well kept and nicely decorated. Highly recommended

Perfect Night’s Rest
We stayed just one night, to rest after moving our kiddo into UofL. Super clean, comfortable and represented the pictures well. Owner gave a great restaurant recommendation and was very responsive. Will definitely stay again when we visit our kiddo!

Great stay in Butchertown!
This loft apartment was the perfect spot for us. Great walkable neighborhood full of interesting places to hang out. It was a little longer walk to downtown, but still quite doable. Host was very responsive to questions and made local recommendations. The unit was tidy and there was enough room for both of us to work during the days without feeling too crowded. Would stay again next time in Louisville.

Nice property for quick stay in Louisville
I used this property while attending a conference in Louisville. I didn't need to be there much, as my schedule was full, but it made a nice location to retreat each evening. I was able to find some good food options in the area, which seems to be growing/rejuvenating. The area directly surrounding the rental was quite run-down, but the actual property was in good shape and well cared for. The property owner was welcoming from the very beginning, responsive to communication, and made me feel secure in this listing. Everything was simple and laid out clearly and the unit was clean and up-to-date. I would consider this location if in town again.

Apt#2 was nicely decorated, but there were a few deawbacks for us. Guests with mobility issues should be aware thay the stairs are numerous amd narrow when lifting luggage leading up to the entrance. The queen bed fits into a narrow space with limited space to access one side. There is no dining area, so meals are eaten on a side cocktail table in the living room or on the couch. I believe the couch may double as a pullout bed because it is not particularly comfortable to sit on. I was happy for coffee, cream and sugar, and a coffeemaker in the mornings but there were no filters and no teabags or decaf. The property faces a floodwall, dividing the street, which made it challenging for Lyft drivers picking us up. The neighborhood is mixed use with some trailer truck activity late nights and early mornings. For people like us, not having a car made the neighbohood a bit of a food and services desert. No restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies or convenience stores that we found within walking distance. None of these need to be deal breakers, but they are things to consider

Amazing location and beautiful space
My daughter and I stayed her for a gymnastics competition. Perfect location to everything made it an easy walk/drive. Even when we drove nothing was more than a couple minutes drive and parking downtown was super simple when we had to. Would highly recommend this space

Great base for exploring Louisville
Really cool old place fully renovated, easy walk to some restaurants and distilleries. We also walked all the way down to Market St. restaurants and bars, which was fairly easy to do. Nice, quiet stay. Loved it!

Very clean
Property was clean and nice, exactly as advertised, check in was well detailed. Very comfy bed! Good spot to rest your head for the night. You can easily fit two people. Would stay here again.

Great Location
Can’t beat the location - walking distance to places to eat and different sports and attractions. I had to message the host the night before and the morning of for instructions, which typically I’ve gotten a couple days early. The description matched the spot. A few things to note I would want to know pre-booking: the walls are super thin, we could hear everyone in the building pretty much all the time. There was coffee grounds, sugar, and dry creamer along with a britta. Everything else you will need to bring. Most places we’ve stayed have had a little welcome snack or something for staying. This place had a few adult books - new kids games, books, anything. So no complaints at all, but it also didn’t give the extra special touch in any way.
