The entertainment teams at Shorefield are a very friendly bunch who love nothing more than making sure your holiday is fun-filled and full of lively entertainment to help you make memories to treasure. The park have created their entertainment passport, which is issued when you check in to make sure there’s something for everyone and our team can be found hosting our kids activities, games, shows, bingo and cabarets, just to name a few! If you have booked a Friday for 2 night break then you will have a late check out until 7pm on day of departure and Saturday for 2 night breaks will have a check out time of 10am on day of departure.
Facilities
We do hope that you enjoy the outdoor hot tub during your stay, please note that this facility is not operational before 9.00am in the morning and after 10.00pm at night as this will disturb other customers. We change the water for your arrival and as it takes time to heat up, the water may not be up to the desired temperature on the day of arrival. On your departure day the hot tub will be emptied from 8am.
Group Bookings/Party Types
Please note, this is a family holiday park, if you are a work party please telephone us to book. No stag or hen parties are permitted.
Arrival Information
The reception team at Shorefield Country Park look forward to welcoming you, to help speed up the check in process please could you let Shorefield know of your party details such as names, childrens ages, email address and address of lead guest prior to arrival. July & August bookings will be subject to a 4pm check in time at the earliest.
A barrier system is installed for entry to the park. Therefore it is vital that you advise the park of your vehicle registration number prior to arrival please return these details on your arrival slip. It will delay your check in if this information is not supplied in advance.
Swimming Pool admission policy: Children under 12 are not permitted in pool area unless accommpanied by and adult (16+). Max 3 children under 12 may be supervised by an adult. 1 adult to max 2 children between ages 4 - 7, 1 adult to max 1 child between ages 0 - 3.
If you are bringing a pet then we politely ask that you do not allow them in the bedrooms of your accommodation please.
Security Deposit
Please note any non-family bookings will incur a £200 security deposit payable on arrival, payment must be made by credit/debit card, cash is not accepted.
Accommodation Information
Please note towels and tea towels are not provided.
Towels be hired for £6.50 for 1 bath and 1 hand towel unless you are staying in Select Plus Lodges and properties with hot tubs.
Please be aware that all check-ins are now contactless. Please complete your pre-check-in which will become available 7 days prior to your arrival date via the following link. Please note you no longer need to book sessions for the swimming pools. Numbers will still be limited and there is a band system in operation which will give one hour swim time. 15 swimmers will be allowed access every 15 minutes to avoid any congestion in the changing rooms.
Travel Cot Hire: You can request a travel cot on your booking. Please note you must bring your own mattress and bedding for the cot.
