"Picturesque location as an escape from the traffic and noise. Eclectic and artsy lodging created by free spirits over time. Some might say quirky. Accommodation was not modern which provided extra charm. Comfortable for just me to get away, but close to beach and city and its offerings. Hosts responded quickly and provided great directions to off beaten path. I would stay here again when I have more time to hike and explore (nearby state park). Thanks so much."

"We really enjoyed this property. It was as advertised. It was literally steps away from Venice Beach and the boardwalk. My kids 17, 16, and 15 absolutely loved it. If you want to be right on the beach and the boardwalk, then you will enjoy this space "

"Perfect property for 3-night get way! The grounds are amazing and very peaceful! Love the beach access and lounge chairs to sit and enjoy the view, reading a book. Walked to Nobu and shopping area. Parking can be stressful so once I parked, I didn’t want to move my car. There are only 7 spots so it’s first come first serve. Street parking ver difficult."

"I was delighted with this property and its owner. Traveling with your teenage daughter can easily create anxiety in a mother but we were safe and well cared for in this space. The cottage is adorable, a hidden gem, just up from the beautiful Santa Monica Beach. Our owner arranged for parking passes for our rental car and we found street parking every time we arrived “home”. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen perfectly stocked. "Clean. Spacious. Had everything you would need in the kitchen. 10 min walk to shops and food. Parking was difficult if you have a large SUV.. Beach is down the way and takes a bit to get there. Nice place overall."

"Excellent location- 5 minute walk from the beach. Had to contact property manager because the bathroom light/fan switch wasn’t working, but they fixed it the first day. Roof deck and roof pool were great. Would definitely return."
