"The Lodge itself is so beautiful! You are greeted by a cozy fire place entryway, sitting area, and bar. The bar is only open on weekends. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were SO comfortable!! Our room just happened to be right by the employee entry door. The door is heavy and loud and we heard it slam shut all night long and early morning. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay. It is less than 5 miles from downtown Nelsonville."

"This hotel was awesome!!! The Key West themed decor was so fun!! The salt water pool was so relaxing. Our room was super clean and stocked with hot beverage options, a little fridge and a sound machine! The ambient light was a nice touch. The breakfast was yummy, and the staff was super friendly and very attentive and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again, when I return to Hocking Hills!!"

"This is the second time we rented this cabin to have all 4 of our children and their families together under one roof for an extended Christmas vacation together. There is something for everyone to enjoy while there. From the hot tub for the adults, the game room for the kids, and the indoor heated pool for all. The spacious living and dining area is perfect for family games and togetherness. The wrap around porch is so relaxing. It is the perfect getaway for our family. "

"The Layfette is a historic hotel so it comes with the quirkiness of age. The floors squeak and the rooms are more compact but that is just part of the experience of staying in a hotel from another era. "I was new to the area. The Chalet was 20-30 minutes from so many of the hiking spots I was hoping to check out. The cabin was clean, warm, and comfortable. It is older and the appliances while not new all worked. The hot tub was perfectly hot! It has one master bedroom and a great loft for bunking children. The host was very responsive to all my questions, especially when I was a little lost upon arrival, as it was in the dark in the woods. He responded immediately to help Me get into the cabin...

"Was good only thing would be helpful is to put right number for address bc when u lose ur internet and go to the numbers u gave its not right as you stated in the vrbo but if I don’t screen shot it I would of had no idea the address was wrong just knew it wasn’t right by the picture !!!
