This gorgeous home - the Palm Breeze Beach House - is located on the Santa Rosa Sound with its own white sand beach and boasts amazing views from numerous porches, balconies, bedrooms, and living area.

The water on the Sound has been gorgeous this past year - clear and warm! No rip tides, jellyfish, or drop-offs! The water is shallow and perfect for all ages. Our guests are loving that they can swim in such clear water!

NO SARGASSUM! We are 15-20 miles from the entrance to the Gulf, and our beaches do not get seaweed that plagues the Gulf beaches!

It is an ideal retreat for multi-generation families to spend quality time in a stunning setting - there is so much to do on site for kids and adults alike (fishing, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, boating, relaxing, etc)

Watch blue herons trek across the beach looking for dinner and the occasional dolphin that frolics in the calm waters. You can enjoy this poolside next to the infinity-edge pool (POOL IS NOT HEATED) or relax in the above-ground hot tub under the night sky after a day at the beach. Lush tropical landscaping abounds on the property to make you feel like you're truly in an oasis!

Inside is a spacious and beautiful retreat which has been designed for your comfort. Most bedrooms have views and access to balconies:

Second floor kids room with two twin over double bunks that sleep six

The kitchen has plenty of space to create meals for a large family, or grill out! We also have our own private white sand beach and dock - bring your wave runners! Or, enjoy the tandem kayak on site - it's a great way to explore the Sound. In addition, there's a ping pong table, foosball table, and corn hole set for lots of family fun! In the garage are many pool floats, sand toys, beach chairs, and life jackets.

Of course you can head down the road to the family attractions in Destin or let the sugar-white sand sift through your toes just five miles west on uncrowded Navarre Beach, Florida's 'best kept secret.' You may decide to spend all your time enjoying your own beach where the water is clear and shallow, and parents can let young children play without concern about rough water or undertow.

The home is Beautiful!!! Spacious everyone enjoyed their sleeping area.. kayaking and sitting on the pier awesome view to watch the sunrise and set just beautiful!!! wonderful infinity pool in a hot tub was there maybe next time the weather will be nice and we can enjoy the water activities. We had a Wonderful Thanksgiving there. I’ll definitely recommend Mary Ester to other Family and friends. The Host is Awesome very informative and helpful and respond back in reasonable time.We will definitely revisit in the future..

Incredible Views and Well Accommodated Stay
My extended family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The photos on the listing are unable to adequately convey just how gorgeous the view is from one of the many back porches, the private dock/beach, or the infinity pool and hot tub. You have to experience a sunrise or sunset there in person - it is truly captivating, and as a family who appreciates nature, we spent as much time outdoors as possible. The outdoor area is fully loaded with lounge chairs, chaises, and activities. With the kayak and paddle boards provided, we were able to watch the dolphins one morning while in the sound. The house itself is impressive both in size and accommodations. My wife and I fit a large party (adults and children) comfortably, and still had felt a sense of privacy. At night, the kids would play ping pong and foosball in the basement while the adults relaxed upstairs. The privacy fence at the front of the property helped contain any noise from traffic. I recommend picking up some fresh seafood nearby at Joe Patti's and having your own seafood boil from the comfort of home using the well equipped kitchen and outdoor propane grill. There is a Walmart and Publix conveniently located 5-10 minutes from the house. More commercial dining options are within a 15-20 minute drive. Jacqueline was an excellent host and checked in with us on our first night to see if we had any questions. We had an amazing stay and would definitely come back next time we visit.

Wonderful Bay Vacation
The kids loved the pool and bay! The adults enjoyed the hot tub and porch! There is enough room for everyone to spread out and the beds are comfy! You’re close enough to Fort Walton to go do the cheesy touristy things, and Navarre has some great restaurants! It was a perfect vacation!!

5 stars- best location with beach view, infinity pool and spacious
This house was able to accommodate all of my family members with so many rooms, spacious, great infinity pool and beach view right outside the backyard! we didn't have to go anywhere but enjoyed the house! the jacuzzi is really nice as well! definitely enjoyed our stay with friend and family! walmart is close by and navarre beach is close drive but we didn't really need to leave the house we felt we were in a resort! everything is clean, large kitchen and so many bedrooms and beds that were able to accommodate all of us! the owners were really responsive and everything was smooth. you can really tell the owners put a lot of work and love into this home! 5 starss

Excellent experience
Best experience with a VRBO property! Elizabeth the property manager was so kind in answering all our questions very quickly and she even checked in on us to make sure we made it to the property or if we needed anything! She also left us valuable information on places to eat and things to do nearby. The home itself was perfect for the 14 of us that stayed! Everyone had plenty of space to eat, sleep and hang out. The large balcony was a great place to sit in the shade, and the entire backyard was just so nice to look at! The yard is nicely landscaped. All the rooms had a balcony door that had wonderful views of the sound. The private beach is nice size and the water here was warm and shallow, perfect for wading in! We were lucky enough to watch 2 dolphins swim by almost every day this week and they were super close to the end of our dock! The home also has plenty of water toys for the pool/sound, including kayaks! We loved the pool and all the space outside. The location was perfect; you are close to both Destin and Navarre so we did plenty of excursions (dolphin tour, sunset dinner cruise, fireworks, luau, rented jet skis, 3 different beaches watched the blue angels practice), and shopping! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for sharing your amazing home with us!

Family Vacay
The location to the water is great. We did not have the greatest weather but with the right weather you would really not have to leave your home. The location off of the main road made going places a little nerve wracking but you honestly could not hear the noise in the house. The property managers texted and addressed things quickly. You have your basic neccesities supplied with a Walmart less than five minutes away. Expect to travel about 20 minutes for the bigger restaurants. We would go back, especially in fishing weather.

Soundside vacation
The house was lovely with a great view loved the pool , dock. Beach area and the shallow water. The biggest downfall is location on Highway 98 . Traffic noise all day and night with very fast traffic even late at night.

Great house and location
The location of the house is great. You’re not too far from Destin or Pensacola. Navarre beach is down the road. Staying on the bay was nice since the water isn’t super wavy like the beach plus no jelly fish or seaweed. We saw some dolphins swim by and sting rays. Enjoyed the house very much. It’s clean and had everything we needed. We spent most of our time at the house since there’s the dock for fishing, beach area, pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay here again.

Great double property!
So this property is one of a pair of homes under the same management adjacent and share the pool. We rented both which was absolutely fantastic! We had several friends with multiple teenagers. We swam, kayaked (kayaks are on the property), paddle boarded (brought our own), played in the sound, drove to Navarre beach, Destin and Ft Walton- all close by. House was well equipped, comfortable and absolutely beautiful view!!! Hot tubs in the am and pm, pool all afternoon. Basically- something for everyone! Sound is safe and calm for kids to play. Long dock is great for reading, sitting in the evening, and fishing. Rave reviews all the way around here. 98 is busy so no biking here but we didn’t want that and the groceries and restaurants nearby are plentiful and various! Great deal! We loved it and will be back!

Memorable Spring Break
We stayed here for spring break 2021 with 3 other families. We are still talking about how perfect this house was. Plenty of room for everyone. Kids loved the shallow water and beach. The hot tub was used plenty. Sitting by the pool was amazing with all of the chairs around the area. Lots to do in the surrounding area. If we were going to complain about anything it would be the pool was not heated but we knew this coming as stated in the description. Definitely look forward to staying again in the future!

Definitely a beautiful place
The house was absolutely beautiful. There were several problems going on, all though I think it was due to people prior to staying and them not letting the owners know and normal ware and tare on a house. It was super easy to get a hold of them and they answered right away and came right away to fix stuff so that was super awesome! The stairs to our side of hot tub had been broken so we almost fell on those and had to use a ladder, again I don't think the previous people let the owner know. The top bunk bed fell and broke while my son was on it, this was one that was getting fixed before we came to check in, the lord was looking out on that one my son only got a scratch on his leg and my daughter had just gotten up to go to the bathroom. I did forget to let her know though the ceiling fan in that room seems like it needs fixed. I would say the dish washer definitely needs replaced

Lots of amenities
The location was perfect for us! I love being “on” the beach but this offered calm water for the kids, a pool and beach was an easy 3 min drive. The house was beautiful, but had a bunch of little things that needed repairs. Dishwasher wouldn’t drain, kitchen faucet leaks, bathroom fan didn’t work…etc. Nothing that took away from us having a good time! When we first arrived, the hot tub wouldn’t get hot, but the owner was quick to send someone out and have it fixed. There’s a ton to do at the house and everyone of all ages had a great time!!
