Large living room offers space to watch TV or couch sit and visit with family and friends. Second TV with DVD upstairs great for kids. Great grandmas kitchen table expands to seat (10) comfortably. Enjoy cooking in the dual oven in the fully equipped kitchen or on the large grill in the back yard. Plenty of games to enjoy inside and out. Cater to family, friends and kids. Bathroom features a separate shower and soaking tub. Laundry facilities located on the first floor. Separate heating and cooling controls in each room with the dual ductless mini split - heat and air. Super comfy beds. Enjoy nature - humming birds, fire flies, birds, deer, turkey, rabbits and more. Eco-friendly with ground mount solar system with EV electric vehicle charging station. Great family activities nearby: Sandy beach swimming, wildlife adventure, drive-in, the Arc encounter, fishing, boating and much more. We cater to gathering from multigenerational stays, to friend get together, hunting parties, bike clubs (US route 21 close by) reunions, birthdays, anniversaries, holiday get togethers, wedding party guests and even the occasional bachelor/bachelorette party. We’ve had 2 weddings at the farm and we house overflow from Blue Licks Battlefield Resort state park, Mustard Seed hill- Millersburg, Abners Mill Free Chapel, and Ashford Acres Inn - Cynthiana. Families and Church groups like to visit the Arc Encounter.

VERY clean and cozy
This house was wonderful to stay in. It was extremely clean, the host was wonderful to communicate with, the shower is a little small but it’s a great place to stay! HIGHLY recommend this house if you are looking to stay. Plenty of room for people to sleep, a great kitchen, dining and living room, as well as beautiful views!

Farmhouse with a beautiful view
Tracy was a wonderful host. The farmhouse was exactly how it was described and more. Comfortable beds, lots of space, beautiful views, and had everything you needed for a great stay. It feels like you’re visiting family. Tracy was responsive, helpful and wants her guest to enjoy their stay at the farmhouse. The kitchen had plenty of cookware, utensils and dishes to enjoy a home cooked meal around the huge farm table. If you want a quiet, peaceful, place to reminisce about visiting the family farm; I recommend a stay Tracy’s farmhouse. We had a great time!

Lovely farm house
This house sits on a hill and has glorious views all around! We were there in fall and the trees just added to the beauty. The house is cozy with games, a fire pit with s’more making goodies in a basket for you. I would suggest some kind of latch lock for the bathroom with the shower. We had a few run ins with that while we were there. The kitchen is supplied well with everything you need to make meals for a crowd. We had 7 kids with us, no babies but there are baby items there that would make it very easy. We really enjoyed this place on our travels.

Staying at the farm was the highlight of our trip
Sitting on the veranda In the evening watching the sunset is spectacular. The property is inviting and well equipped with everything you need, complete kitchen, comfy beds, big screen TV, a bathtub and an ice maker that works! And a big beautiful dining room table. We loved our stay there and Tracy is the best host! Always just a text away, and she has compiled a wonderful, complete adventure book that tells you about all the events, places and activities you can do. Can’t wait to go back there!!

Relaxing stay
We stayed a week through Christmas day. When we arrived, the house was decorated for Christmas, which was wonderful! The house had plenty of room for the seven of us. It has comfortable beds and the kitchen is well stocked. It is out in the country in a really peaceful area where you can just relax and enjoy the rolling hills. The host was terrific and very responsive to any questions. You can tell the host puts a lot of effort into making the guests feel comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

We Will Be Back!!!
What an absolutely wonderful weekend away. The setting had such an "Anne of Green Gables" feel to it. The views were stunning. The house was charming and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked. We have so many pleasant memories from this past weekend... from cornhole in the yard with the kids, to sipping coffee on the swing while watching deer pass across the meadow. Our entire stay was unbelievably refreshing, and we are already discussing when we can make it back.

Peaceful with a beautiful view
Our family ages 2-64 stayed at Tracy’s place for a few days as we visited the Ark Encounter. We enjoyed every minute. Tracy was a great host and easy to communicate with. She left some great yard games for us to use which our kids really loved. The house has ample room, tastefully decorated, and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen was great for cooking! We were just off a backroad with little traffic and the view from the swing was gorgeous overlooking the hills. We would stay here again if in the area.
