"The highway can be heard from the south side and First Quality Paper factory can be heard from the North. Eventually, the sounds blend into the background but, some users may find this jarring upon arrival. Also, the "air conditions" are evaporative (really just humidifiers) and don't really provide any cooling."

"We were attending our nephew's graduation from Penn State, and this property was available and within range for the events we needed to attend. It was very clean and a nice set up for my husband and me. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the king-sized bed was nice to have. The set up is an 'apartment' that used to be office space. Very private and easy to find. Thanks so much for the stay!"

"The place was exactly as presented in the description. Very comfortable and welcoming. The communications with the owners and the site manager was excellent. The kitchen was well equipped with a great stove and oven for our meal prep. The location by the creek was fantastic. Access to the rail to trail was a short drive.We will be back!"

"We're four adults and two small dogs who visited Nature's Best for a long weekend to host a family cookout. The cabin is clean and tidy and well equipped, Terry is an excellent and communicative host. "If you’re looking for a cabin close to everything, this is your stay. You can easily walk to the Waterville Hotel right out of the door, and the country store is right by the property too! "We were looking for a place in the middle of the state to have our family Christmas, I found this place on VRBO, it looked perfect. We were all very happy when we got there and the pictures didn’t lie! The house is amazing, we loved the kitchen and the outdoor space. Plenty of room for everyone!
