Happy Haus is a fun-filled fully renovated home with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, located in the desirable neighborhood of Wynwood and surrounded by all that Miami has to offer, from the finest beaches to the hottest nightclubs. The beach as well as the airport are just minutes away.
Upon arrival at Happy Haus, you will find a large driveway where you are able to park up to 3 cars. Make yourself at home by enjoying our many amenities including creative artwork and design, a spacious backyard, barbecue grill and outdoor dining area. You can expect tasteful artwork, comfortable beds and linens, cribs and strollers available upon request, everything you need for a luxurious stay in paradise. Along with luxury villa rentals, we also offer a full concierge service, through which you can book exotic cars, yachts, planes, private chefs and more.

BEFORE YOU BOOK, PLEASE READ A FEW DETAILS FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION:
Water, Wi-Fi, and Air Conditioning
Our water is run through a filtration system, offering you clean and pure water. Happy Haus has high-speed Wifi for your convenience. The home comes with an A/C system to cool you down from the hot Miami sun. The house has several A/C units, which we upkeep by changing the filters once a month and flushing out the system twice a month as part of our routine maintenance. Please understand that this is a rental and with the constant in and out, our A/C units work much harder than normal. We ask that you be mindful in closing all doors after coming in and out of the home. We will always ensure that the A/C is working prior to your arrival, but if an issue were to arise as a result of doors being left open, we will send someone over as soon as possible. In order to avoid such instances, please be mindful of the advice laid out.
The Climate & Bugs
Miami has one of the most incredible tropical climates which allows for that Summer feel all year round. However, be sure to layer on the sunscreen and keep hydrated as it can get quite hot and humid here in the sun, and be mindful of the occasional tropical rainstorms. We are lucky to have such an incredibly diverse ecosystem here in Miami, with a variety of different plants, lizards, bugs, and more. The villa is inspected often, and treated with pest control once a month to ensure a pest-free stay.
Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
Here at Dream Villas we offer a full concierge service powered by Our Haus Management, and are able to hire an in-house, private chef for you. Kick back, relax, and enjoy your favorite cuisine. You can request traditional Miami cuisine to get the full experience, enjoy Surf and Turf, and so much more. Otherwise, Miami is home to a great array of unique cuisine and restaurants with incredible locations, all near your villa.
Irresponsible Behavior
Irresponsible behavior, including threatening or abusive conduct towards the host or neighbors of the house, will not be tolerated. The host will refuse to allow check-in to the house if there is any case and/or information that assumes the guest(s) have related to any irresponsible behavior. The host also has full authority to end guest stay in the house if there is any case and/or information that assumes the guest(s) have behaved irresponsibly. No refund will be given regarding the cancellation/canceled stay due to irresponsible behavior. The host will not have a further responsibility to the guest once the booking is canceled or the stay is ended.

Before You Book, Please Note:
• Self-Check-In: We’ve made things easy with self-check-in starting at 4 PM and check-out by 11 AM. If you’re hoping for an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know—if it’s available, we’d be happy to arrange it for a small fee!
• Grill Propane: Planning to fire up the grill? You’ll need to handle the propane refills, but don’t worry—there are plenty of nearby gas stations to help you out.
• House Rules: To keep things comfy for everyone, please avoid unregistered guests, pets, loud parties, indoor smoking, or illegal substances. Extra guests or pets? Just message us for details on any additional fees.
• Air Mattresses: Need a little extra sleeping space? We can provide an air mattress for a small fee. Just ask us!
• Security: For your peace of mind, we have outdoor cameras running 24/7. No worries inside—the fun stays inside!
• Quiet Hours: Let’s keep the vibe relaxed between 10 PM and 10 AM, so everyone and the neighbors can enjoy a good night’s sleep.
• Damages & Cleaning: Accidents happen! If any damages occur or extra cleaning is needed, there might be some charges. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
• Cleaning Services: We don’t offer complimentary cleaning, but we can arrange it for a fee if you’d like. Just let us know!
• Most Important Rule: Enjoy your stay!

Respectful Behavior:
