You book the ground floor of an approximately 300-year-old, carefully renovated Venetian villa. Your vehicle is not parked directly at the front door, but rather you walk up a few stairs.
The beds make the flat ideal for up to three adults and one child or two adults with up to two children.
The flat is lovingly furnished with new furniture and the extremely thick walls ensure a pleasant temperature even in summer. There is also a modern air conditioning system in case it gets too warm.
The small eat-in kitchen is equipped with a filter and capsule machine for coffee, a hob, toaster, fridge and sink, as well as all the necessary crockery, cutlery and glasses
You have your ‘own’ large terrace with a table and four chairs, as well as two deckchairs, wonderfully grown in and not visible.
From the garden you can see the sea, which you can reach by car in five minutes and where you will find marvellous, mostly deserted sandy beaches.
The Kafenion Prosilio, where you can also eat snacks, is located directly below the house in the village centre.
A bakery, a pharmacy, a small supermarket and a barbecue restaurant are within walking distance. A petrol station with a small café is located at the end of the village.
In summer, a number of restaurants on the beach offer the best authentic cuisine at Greek prices, and there is a relatively large selection of pubs in the surrounding area.
Overall, our area has not yet been destroyed by mass tourism, but you will find a Greece as you know it from films and which no longer exists elsewhere.
The tourist hotspots are Elafonisos and Monemvasia, which are both around 20 kilometres away. There is also plenty to see and experience: a fossilised forest, a sunken city, a sensational stalactite cave, endless hiking trails through the mountains, lots of shops, cafés and restaurants in Neapoli, and so on!
