Looking for a cost-effective place to stay but don't meet the 7-day minimum for most condos and don't want to pay exorbitant rates for a beachfront hotel? Want to travel with your four-legged friend but don't need (or want to pay for) a whole house? Want to walk to many island hot spots? This unique *pet friendly* CONDO on Marco Island checks all those boxes and more!! (Additional non-refundable pet fee applies: $25 per night/per pet or $150/week/pet) (up to 2)). Also, if your party is larger than six, check for availability at our nearly identical unit next door that is also pet friendly and sleeps up to six! Just search for Royal Palm 202.

The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo contains comfortable and stylish furnishings and includes cable, high-speed internet & laundry in the unit, and is literally within blocks of some of the most popular restaurants on the island (Sami's Pizza, Joey's Pizza, Doreen's Cup of Joe, etc)., shopping, and it's less than a mile for the nearest public access to Marco's famed white sand beaches. The unit also boasts a western-facing balcony that offers a view of the dazzling Marco sunsets.

**There is no pool or fitness center at this property but you can get short-term passes at the YMCA (for a fee) to access its facilities, including a gym and outdoor pool. Note the condo faces Collier Blvd, which is the main thoroughfare in Marco and there is a parking lot for businesses on the ground floor of the building. In general, Marco streets are quiet from 10pm-7am. To ensure the comfort of our guests, the condo is equipped with a white noise machine and ear plugs are provided.

Clean, comfortable and convenient
You couldn’t ask for a more convenient location than this and the accommodations were perfect for us. It is on the busy main north-south thoroughfare, but everything quieted right down at about 10 PM. Beaches, restaurants, shopping, historical museum, boat park for shelling tour were all within a very short drive or walkable distance, with a good restaurant/bar right next door. We’d definitely stay here again.

Everything is exactly as advertised! Elevator to second floor was very welcome, and all inside was beautifully decorated. We didn't find traffic noise or surroundings noisy at all.

We were not aware construction would be happening at 7am. We walked in and every room had ear plugs and we were confused about that but found out at 7 when construction started and workers were downstairs chit chatting all loud.

Clean, great place for a few days
Adequate room for four people but the kitchen is very small. Beds were comfortable. Great having a washer and dryer and an added plus with an elevator for the second level. Parking was an issue since the city was paving the street and we weren’t notified ahead of time. It worked out with no tickets received and it may be resolved now. Overall a great place for a getaway. Restaurants are right next door… unsure of closest beach access as we parked in city lots.

Weekend for my daughter's family
My daughter, husband and 2 children (ages 3 years and 6 months) were visting us for a long weekend. The unit was clean and comfortable. Don't let the building exterior, the torn up street or the construction office on the first floor fool you: the unit itself is great.
