"This was a great property for extended family. Lots of interesting places within an our and also some authentic Italian villages to explore nearby. The local pizzeria was very good and not expensive. Priests and her partner were very helpful and looked after us well. A very relaxing holiday but very hot in Augusta’s one downside is no air conditioning. "

"We were looking for an area off the normal tourist track and definitely found it here in Moricone. Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location"

Po pierwsze świetni właściciele, od samego początku pomocni, po drugie jeszcze lepsza lokalna opieka od sąsiadki Cristiny (nie ważne, że nie mówi słowa w innym języku niż włoski, jest prawdziwa, niezawodna i zawsze pomocna), po trzecie sama willa, jej wielkość, wyposażenie (ma dosłownie wszystko i jeszcze kilka rzeczy, które można ocenić jako fajnie by było mieć jak np maszyna do chleba czy popcornu), masa...

Abitazione facile da raggiungere con automobile, fuori dal paese, quindi posto molto tranquillo con bella veduta Villa tenuta bene e molto spaziosa con all'interno tutto il necessario per cucinare, tante sedie, divani, sdraio. Possibilità di parcheggio per più automobili. In giardino presente piscina fuori terra, la Jacuzzi (che è una piacevole novità appena montata), barbecue. Il giardino è molto ampio e circonda 2/3 della casa, molto verde, simpatico cane anzianotto, simpatico...

"Fantastic location with stunning views. Property located in spacious gardens with good sized swimming pool which was well maintained. Bathrooms were disappointing with showers that were barely big enough to get into. Kitchen very small and not very clean with inefficient fridge/freezer that had seen better days. The location was perfect so would properly consider staying again. "

"Casa Emilia is an outstanding property in the Umbrian hills close to Orvieto. We spend a wonderful two weeks' holiday in July / August 2024 as a family with two teenage boys and my parents. The view from the house and the well arranged garden is just breathtaking, the pool is wonderful and gives you that refreshment you need during the hot summer days. Cooking and dining inside as well as outside is possible, the kitchen (gas) is well equipped and even has an oven. We also used the outside pizza...

"A neat and comfortable house with everything you need for a lovely vacation. The pool was a blessing in the hot weather. The air conditioning was wonderful on the hottest days. Every bedroom had a bathroom. Linen was super clean and towels were changed weekly. Mila was the Most wonderful liaison, giving us wonderful tips and guidance. The kitchens and fridges were great for keeping all the groceries fresh. Would recommend this wonderful place for amazing local scenery and access to Todi. ...
