¡Sé el primero en alquilar este hermoso piso de 3 pisos, 8 habitaciones, 4. 5 baños, construcción nueva, a poca distancia de la playa! Hay dos cubiertas grandes en el segundo y tercer piso con fenomenales vistas del agua desde el tercer piso. La casa está a media milla de la playa (10 minutos a pie) a través de un vecindario seguro y de poco tráfico, ¡perfecto para niños! La cocina, el comedor y la sala de estar están en el segundo piso que sale a la terraza. La sala de estar tiene un gran sofá en forma de U que se convierte en una cama para dos personas si es necesario y un televisor de alta definición de 4 pulgadas y 65 pulgadas. La cocina tiene un enorme 10. Isla de cuarzo blanco de 5 pies por 5 pies con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, fregadero blanco de granja y hermosos gabinetes grises. El comedor tiene una gran mesa de madera con capacidad para 12 personas.

El primer piso tiene 4 dormitorios, 2 baños completos y el cuarto de lavado. Las habitaciones tienen colchones de espuma viscoelástica tamaño queen y televisores de pared. Un baño tiene una ducha de azulejos personalizada y el otro tiene una ducha de bañera perfecta para niños pequeños. El cuarto de lavado tiene una gran lavadora / secadora y un fregadero de granja.

El tercer piso tiene 4 dormitorios, 2 baños completos (todos idénticos al primer piso)
y una segunda sala de estar con un sofá en forma de L, TV de 55 pulgadas y salida a la terraza.

Beautiful and Seamless Stay
The house was even more beautiful than advertised and the owner made everything so seamless. The owner even provided a contact for a private chef that took our stay to the next level. 10 for 10 would recommend.

Beautiful spot!
The house was absolutely amazing- even better than the pictures! It was clean, tastefully decorated, and had all the amenities to host a large gathering (everyone raved about the kitchen)! The two decks had plenty of seating to enjoy the outdoors and admire the beautiful view. Will definitely book again!

Fantastic property for our group with great location to Newport!
Our group of 16 had the perfect stay at Nick's property! The house was clean, updated, had plenty of space for our group, was located in a great neighborhood, and had everything we needed. Perfect location close to downtown Newport but in a quiet neighborhood. Nick was so helpful and responsive throughout the process. I've already recommended his place to three other people!

Fantastic family getaway home
We had a wonderful week at this beautiful property. 8 bedrooms, 4.5 baths and an outdoor shower. We loved the layout and all the amenities. This lovely home has plenty of space for guests to spread out and come together for meals, games and fireside chats. Please note, there is no hot tub.

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return for another visit. The house is fairly new, so the furniture was in great condition. My wife kept saying how well stocked the kitchen was with paper towels and all necessary items. A wonderful collection of dishes, glasses, utensils and any item you could think of for a kitchen. The island is massive and holds plenty of people and getting around the kitchen even with a crowd was a breeze. The two decks were also very large with the capacity for large family gatherings and a great place to read, have cocktails and enjoy the sunset. Can't say enough about the place, we were extremely happy.

Nice House for a Large Family
Nice house for our large family, only drawback is that it is advertised as 4/10 mile to the beach, closer to 6/10 by the time you’re actually on the beach. I got a season pass, not expensive, and it was an easy shuttle to haul stuff to the beach. Everything we needed was at house,

Great stay for wedding party!
This was the perfect property for our wedding party to stay at during our wedding weekend. plenty of rooms for our friends and family to stay in/get ready, but spacious common areas to congregate together. The beds and couches were super comfortable. Communicating with Nick was easy, but not much communication was needed upon our arrival because we had pretty much everything we needed! The only thing I will note is there isn’t much of a lawn space to play games on or anything, but there is a lot of deck space to hang out on, and the public beach is so close that you can get plenty of outdoor time that way. Thank you for helping make our wedding weekend so special!

This was a very comfortable house for 8 friends to share. The kitchen was very well equipped, the best any of us had ever seen at a rental house. We ate in every night and had enough pots/pans/serving utensils, platters, wine glasses etc. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms nice. The layout had plenty of space for hanging out together but you could also get away from the crowd if you wanted to. The view from the top deck was great. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Amazing Location and house
The house exceeded our expectations in every way. We stayed here with a group of 16 for our wedding and it was the best decision we made. Plenty of space for everyone, the house was stocked with all the essentials. The outdoor decks, and kitchen area were massive, so plenty of room to hang out, but we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. Gorgeous views of the ocean and the owner was very responsive. We will be back here!

Exceptional Family Vacation Home
Beautifully laid out home in a quiet neighborhood (8-minute walk to soft sand beach) afforded us the luxury of sleeping 16 comfortably in 8 bedrooms. The additional air mattress allowed for an additional person. The sleepsofa was not really an additional bed; the couch cushions were not comfortable; that is the only thing I can negatively say about the property. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea, paper towels, dishwasher and diswashing detergent, hand soap. Having an additional fridge and washer/dryer added to the comfort of our stay. Our family (ages 21 months to 75) enjoyed the spacious decks and living areas. Much time was spent around the enormous kitchen island. S'mores made over the fire pit was a real treat. Nick was immediately available for questions.

Best rental house experience ever!
The house is amazing! It was clean, spacious and perfect for a large groups! There are so many great things about this house I would like to note - the kitchen island & double outdoor deck space is beautiful in the pictures posted but even more beautiful & spacious in person. In addition, it also has a large private driveway that accommodates 9-10 cars which we only had about 6 but it was so nice not to worry about parking. Sadly, we did not have nice weather to enjoy the walkable beach but the water views from some of the rooms & top level porch were absolutely beautiful. The owners communication was top notch & highly recommend staying at this house!
