Charming home, amazing location
My family has traveled to Franklin on many occasions, and we always stay near Main Street. This home is conveniently located to all the restaurants and shops and is a short drive to historic sites. The decor is charming, and there is plenty of room for a family of 4 (w/2 teens). Parking on the driveway was a nice benefit.

Cute Church Street property!
This was my second time staying at this darling house! (First time was for a girls trip) when our grandson’s baseball team scheduled a tournament in Franklin we knew we wanted to stay here! It’s walking distance to shops and great restaurants. The beds are comfortable and updated bathrooms. Very clean!! Much nicer than the new hotel the rest were in! This is an amazing property! We loved it!

A wonderful stay!
We can't say enough positive things about our weekend stay! The property is in a wonderful location to enjoy Franklin and we happened to be there on the festival weekend - so there was lots to see/do(we were in town for a wedding) The house was such an awesome gathering spot for us and our adult kids - if we ever get back to Franklin, this would be our first choice!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Franklin house on Church Street! It was so easy to get to and find. We love that we could fit both cars in the driveway. The house was clean and beautiful. It was so close to all things in downtown and just a short drive to the historic site! We highly recommend staying at this house!

The Little Franklin House was absolutely beautiful! What a fun spot! This is hands down the best rental property I have ever stayed at. The house was beautifully designed with so many thoughtful details. I appreciate the heart of hosting that shines through. We celebrated the Fourth of July here and had a wonderful time. The house’s location was perfect. A very quick walk to downtown, shops, and restaurants. We had a blast. Thank you for hosting us, made some sweet family memories.

The best!
I’ve stayed in Franklin several times and this has been, by far, my favorite place! The location was great with being walking distance to everything. We never had to Uber unless we went to Nashville. The home is much bigger than we expected & the outdoor patio was great for morning coffee & just to hang out in the evenings! Thank you for such a great experience!

Wonderful gem in Franklin
The house was a perfect vacation spot! It was had lots of room for my family and it was walking distance to Franklin square (around the corner from Biscuit Love). The location is less than 30 minutes from Nashville so you can easily spend a day or so in Nashville. We spent time on the scenic drives, did the battlefield tour at Carnton House(a must) and toured Carter House and Carnton House. So much history in a beautiful town that has EVERYTHING. The HOUSE was perfect…wonderful location and beautiful house!

PERFECT LOCATION and PERFECT HOUSE!
As a nurse, I tend to be skeptical about vacation rental properties as I have had poor experiences in the past. But this little house in Franklin was PERFECT for the group of 3 of us! (childhood friends for over 50 years!) The house was very clean, decorated perfectly, and equipped with good quality linens and housewares. And the location to walk to downtown Franklin to shop or eat is so convenient! We loved the house and highly recommend it!

Perfect size and perfect location. We could walk everywhere. We even got stuck in a downpour and were able to run home from Main Street! So close to all the shops and restaurants yet on a quite street. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

So Cute!
Not only is The Little Franklin House so cute but it was also very clean and has everything you might need for a stay. It’s location is perfect for walking anywhere around downtown Franklin which has great food and cute shops. My only suggestion would be that if you like to sleep in at all maybe bring a sound machine, especially for the front bedroom by the road. Since it’s close to main roads it can be a little noisy with traffic. I would definitely come back and recommend staying here to anyone!

Beautiful Home, Great Location
We loved staying in this home. It was a really easy two minute walk to restaurants, stores, sweets shops and more. We had a baby with us, and walking to places and quickly returning home was a breeze. The house itself is beautiful inside (and out!) and you feel right at home. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, cups, toaster, coffee maker and more. There's a great little patio in back if you want to soak up some sun. There's a CVS and a grocery store within five minutes of the house and it's easy to get to the main highways as well. We loved our stay!

Ambiance abounds at this charming “Little Franklin House”. Located in the HEART of this Historic Downtown location, you are just steps away from all of the quaint shops, restaurants & historic “Battle of Franklin” tours of interest. Just a short drive away to Nashville which offers a myriad of entertainment venues from The Grand Ole Opry to Country Music Hall of Fame Museum. We enjoyed the “I Love Christmas Movies” presentation at The Gaylord Opryland Resort which included; the Riverboat Ride, a Horse & Buggy Carriage Ride & Concert with the Oakridge Boys. A wonderful Birthday surprise! Returning to our most comfortable & cozy accommodations at “TLFH” at the end of the day offered us peace & respite in this most warm & welcoming cottage. Extremely clean & well organized and appointed this home offers its guests a beautiful and truly exceptional lodging experience. Lacey & Joey are wonderful hosts, and were most accommodating for our visit. We were greeted with a kind & welcoming note and some traditional “Sweet Treats” upon our arrival. The Southern hospitality shared during our sojourn to Tennessee was so appreciated and made our family vacation to this quintessential historic cottage one that will be most memorable and treasured. The Little Franklin House was the perfect base for our family Christmas in Franklin. The house was spotless, very tastefully decorated and in an ideal location. we couldn’t have asked for more! There were even Christmas decorations inside—- complete with Christmas candy! No detail was overlooked. We loved it!!
