Luxury Home - Pool- Large Groups

This stylish place to stay is perfect for large groups, wedding groups, girls' weekends, etc! A perfect crash pad to explore Murfreesboro ("the boro"), Smyrna, Nashville (35 minutes to downtown), and other surrounding cities.

Note: Furnishings are subject to change as we replace worn pieces to best accommodate guests. The pool is open early spring through late fall. In the winter, it will be "winterized" and covered.

Great house/Convenient Location
We enjoyed staying at this property for a soccer event at a nearby field. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The house was nicely updated, very clean, and well outfitted including the kitchen. The property owner was helpful as well. Would stay again!

The best house for a family!
This property was one of the best houses I’ve ever rented! Super clean, looks exactly like the pictures, and very homey! Lots of room to spread out and perfect location for us. We will definitely be staying here again when we come see family!

Great space for large group
This has a lot of space and plenty of sleeping areas. The property could use a little TLC. It was generally clean, but things like light fixtures could use dusting. A few more hand towels and better towel hooks would be a good addition. Landscaping is in need

Beautiful house for a large group
This house was just what we needed. Everything was lovely. The kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of beds with 4 bathrooms and the swimming pool. was an extra bonus. The only problem was we didn't have a number to call the host. I sent several messages through VRBO, but we never got a response. I just hope we did everything we needed to do when we left since we were never told what was required. We stripped the beds, put all the towels in the laundry room, put all the clean dishes away and took out all the trash. I hope that was right.

Great weekend getaway
This was a perfect place for our annual girl’s trip. We are older and loved having everything on one level, and we love to hang out together by the pool, at the table playing games, or in the beautiful great room watching funny videos. Thank you!

Relaxing Stay!
We very much enjoyed our time in Murfreesboro! The house is very spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool was wonderful and we loved having the doors open to the bonus room. I would stay again if we were in the area.

Nice house
Nice house to stay at with a group, everyone had there own area. There were a couple issues, but the management responded quickly and were grateful to be notified of some issues to be taken care of before the next booking. The neighborhood was very nice and peaceful.

Family of 12 vacation
This was a great house for our family. We had 6 adults and 6 kids. The house is spread out nicely to give us plenty of space. The pool was the highlight, the pool is 4 ft on one end and 9 ft on the other. The 5th bedroom is actually the office with 2 rollaway beds with a glass sliding door. This did work out for us because we had 2 small children, I Thought it would be helpful for others booking it. The house is beautiful with nice furniture and comfortable beds. The location was perfect for us. There are so many restaurants and things to do in Murfreesboro just minutes away. We would stay here again if we came to this area?

Worth the stay!!!
This property was worth the stay. Neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are nice. The pool was an excellent amenity to have when we were just hanging around. PLENTY OF SPACE. Very generous on towels and resources for your stay. We had an issue where we needed to contact owner ASAP, and timeliness and excellent communication made that issue essier to bare. THIS PROPERTY IS WORTH IT!!!

Great Family Time
We had an awesome time with family at this beautiful home. The layout and size were perfect for our large family gathering for my grandson’s high school graduation. We had multiple aunts and uncles with all age ranges. The pool area was perfect entertainment for all the kids. We had a wonderful time and look forward to being back again soon. Fantastic place
We were totally impressed by this place. It’s much bigger than we thought and was very comfortable living in, the pool was also great. It took about half an hour to get to Nashville. The host was super nice, wonderful place to stay.
