The Lazy C
Staying in a house rather than a hotel made our trip for my granddaughter’s wedding so much more pleasurable. It was relaxing and roomy. Everything was comfortable and made us feel at home. I would highly recommend this property and it’s owner!!

Another great stay
This is the second time my wife, daughter, son in law and twin grandsons have stayed at this property. Just like the first time, everything was top notch. This location was very convenient to Franklin, Cool Springs and Lenox Village where our son and his family live. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

Perfect for us!!
Beautiful property and just as expected/listed! Joyce was responsive and easy to work with. Large backyard equipped with a gas grill and fire pit. We also enjoyed a couple games of bags! We really enjoyed our stay. Spent a day downtown Franklin and took an Uber to downtown Nashville a couple of times! Great times!

Family weekend
Our family met in Franklin for a Mother's Day weekend. The house was wonderful and very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio visiting and watching the kids play in the back yard. If the occasion arises and it is available, we will definitely stay here again.

Property is located in a quiet neighborhood and felt safe. It’s a very short drive away from downtown Franklin. The coffee bar and snacks were much appreciated! I would definitely stay here again!

Highly recommend
My husband and I stay in vacation homes around the world. This time in TN with friends. This home is one of the best. The host is amazing…with coffee, snacks, soda, water and even a pint of half and half for coffee!! Kitchen was stocked with cooking oil and spices…even a lil Easter basket with some candies! So welcoming to not have to make your first stop in your vacation the grocery store to utilize the reason for a vacation home..the kitchen! We will absolutely stay here next time in TN and highly recommend others do the same. Vacation rental owners should take lessons from this host…absolutely perfect stay!!

Beautiful, inviting home
We were extremely pleased with our stay at this beautiful home in Franklin. The house was modern and tastefully decorated, with plenty of extra towels, linens, toiletries and basic necessities in the kitchen, including a stocked coffee bar! Very comfortable and clean. The Host was very inviting, left clear instructions, as well as a welcome message for our arrival with great recommendations to local restaurants for our stay. Overall, a perfect experience and we hope to be able to stay again next time we are in the area!!!

The house was a perfect size for our family of seven that stayed down in Franklin. The owner was quick at responding to messages. The place was clean and it was super thoughtful to have a mini coffee bar set up with cream and sugar ect. The location is easily accessible to grab food and groceries.

Property is well maintained and very comfortable for our group of 6. Property owners had coffee and creamer available at arrival which was great because we didn’t have time to stop at store. Great location, just a 25 minute Uber drive to broadway and bars!

Chtistmas in Franklin
My husband and i stayed with my daughter, her husband and my grandson in order to spend Christmas with my son and his famiy who live there. There was plenty of room, even to host Christmas dinner for all of us and everything we could have needed was available in the kitchen. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas (there was even a 7 foot tree decorated) and was roomy with plenty of seating for gathering. The outdoor space in the back yard looked inviting but the weather did not cooperate.The iocation was convenient to Nashville, and downtown Franklin, Interstate 65 and lots of shopping and restaurants.

Perfect home
This was the perfect house for a girls weekend in Franklin. The house was immaculate and the extra touches like having some drinks, coffee, creamer and even moon pies was so sweet. Joyce was very easy to get in touch with and so nice. I woud stay at this home again. I'd love to bring my family and use the outdoor space with firepit.

Family fun!
Our family loves this property! So many extras, perfectly clean, excellent communication, location quiet and nice neighborhood. We loved this weekend getaway close to Franklin. The City was so fun to visit. Great food with lost to do. The house was perfect for relaxing with a fire pit and large table for eating outside. Beautiful yard with the changing leaves. Our hosts were wonderful! Perfect weekend with family!

We have nothing but good things to say about the Lazy C. It was just as described and better!!! Well stocked and extras. Obvious why they are "Premier Hosts". They had water. Soda and 1/2&1/2 in the refrig . Snack and moon pies on the counter. Halloween candy in a bowl. Keurig, French Press. Coffee. French Roast, Tea.... So thoughtful.

Franklin Weekend
The house was perfect location for the weekend and the Pilgramage Festival. We were able to hear the music on the back patio on Saturday night while enjoying the fire pit. The owner was quick to respond when we had questions. Definitely would recommend this house.
