"Have rented many places in Jamaica - this one is my favourite! Do not go anywhere else! Clean, amazing view, nice small and quiet beach, large shared pool in the closed community, very nice staff. Walking distance to Riu Negril and 7-miles beach. Very responsive owner and always helpful when had any questions. Good quality of internet if you're going to work online. "This accommodation was like being: "at home away from home". It was exquisitely furnished with all 'home comforts' and functional mod cons. Set in a bright, light and secure neighborhood, the location was perfect for access to the beaches and shops. "It was fine for a place to sleep and had good air con. but the double bed was so small and the futon couch was extremely uncomfortable. I know it just opened up and they replaced the double with a queen the day after we left, so that’s good for future people who stay there. If you want luxury… this is not it!! We were not expecting luxury so it was adequate. The location however was perfect!! "

"This place was situated in a Negril neighborhood close to all the resorts. It had all the amenities of home and a stunning view of the sunsets. The people managing this property is what I believe sets it apart from any other hotel. We are a family of six and it was able to accommodate us quite well. The boys slept on the pull out and we didn’t care if they were comfortable or not. "

"My wife and I loved our stay. The house was very close to the beach and pool. The area never felt crowded or busy. The beach, while smallish, only ever had 4 or 5 people tops on it. It's better than 7 mile beach, as there is shade, and no one is pressuring you to buy something every 20 feet. The community workers were constantly cleaning and beautifying the landscape and sand. For example about the vehicles or asking us when we leave! And they live in Canada... Or why the same car appears again... "The property is located in a great community with a private beach however the house is in need of some investment. Whether it is an A/C unit that doesn’t cool down the room or both shower heads that clearly do not flow properly(hot water did not work either) it is clear this property has not had someone keeping a close eye on it. All of this doesn’t take into account the bugs that we had to deal with during the stay. The check-in process was lackluster and communication was less than ideal....

"You had to wait long for food to be served. It would be nice if a receptionist is around till 7pm. Also having a tea towel to dry up the dishes helps.
