"Our stay was great. The staff is very well trained, friendly, courteous and helpful. The front desk made daily calls to check on us. Two staff members, in particular, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable (we were on our honeymoon), Chantae and Natasha - they are true gems and should be promoted and kept at all costs. The room was clean and in good condition, and the housekeeping did an excellent job. The property is immaculate. A few areas were seen with yellow caution tape, warning guests of minor construction in progress, but that is to be expected at a property that is open year-round. The food was good - please book dinner reservations way in advance, as they book out quickly. The buffet was better than expected. Everything was well-prepared and tasty (for the most part). Nightly entertainment on the property kept us thoroughly entertained - from dance presentations to silent dancehall parties, and we were never bored. The gym is decently equipped, however, it needs more benches. The spa is a must-visit! It is luxurious with highly competent staff. All in all, a memorable stay. Thanks, Royalton. "

"El hotel es terrible , a pesar de estar en la playa el lugar está completamente en obras , con ruidos por todos lados y suciedad de las obras por todos lados . Al menos debería tener una tarifa acorde a la situación precaria del hotel . Me dieron una habitación con el aire acondicionado muy ruidoso y estropeado h al pedir el cambio me ubicaron en otra en el segundo piso mucho peor . El personal es muy poco amable para resolver estos problemas ."
