"We loved our stay and the surrounding area. The property manager Michael was attentive and helpful with our requests. It's a beautiful place for a family or a couple to relax and enjoy nature. The cell phone signal is weak in that area, but we didn't mind any technology time. Just download your map ahead of time. There are plenty of things to do outdoors, especially if you bring or rent ATVs. Overall we would definitely will come back another time."

Only 2 suggestions: more ice cube trays, 1 tray does not go very far; loose flagstone going to stairs is very dangerous and hard to avoid because of plant nearby. "

"My husband and I loved staying at the upstairs hideaway. The first positive we noticed after arriving was that it was nice and clean. "Nice little place to stay enjoyed it very close to downtown. Either the listing didn’t mention it or I didn’t read it but this is a duplex and it’s downstairs. So if someone is in the upper unit you will hear them that’s the only thing I could complain about it may be something if you are just staying in the unit and don’t plan on leaving. The Tv and internet is great. Can’t complain!"

"this was a great condo to stay at. We are expecting our first child in September and were looking for a quick weekend getaway before he arrives (most would call this a babymoon, ha!) But, this little condo was perfect. It was close to some really great restaurants, and only a few minutes from downtown Hot Springs. Would definitely recommend to friends and famil!"

"The inside was beautiful and clean! The balcony was wonderful. The path down to the entrance was very dangerous for children and/or older adults. There was debris on the path that made it difficult to walk on. We were disappointed that we could not walk down to the water or even get to the water from the condo. It is in a residential neighborhood with no access to the lake at all. If it had been closer to the lake it would have been perfect. It did say "lake view" which I assumed meant lake...

"The condo wars nice overall. Location and view were great. Inside the condo was fine a little dated. The bathrooms were very clean but the condo was dusty. The amenities listed coffee maker and hair dryer. It had a kurig which wasn’t very practical for 4 adult coffee drinkers. Also, no hair dryer as listed so I didn’t bring mine. Not too happy to only towel dry my hair."

"Traveling from Texas back home to Tennessee, we broke up our trip, and this was a really nice peaceful place to stop, we each had our own bed and the sunset, sunrise on the water was beautiful!! Thank you for the snacks and coffee!! Loved that personal touch!! We also enjoyed some downtown Hot Springs restaurants and National park tower views. Very cool town!! We hope to visit again!! "
