Winter Getaway
This property is a gem. Everything we were looking for was here. The house was clean, welcoming and well appointed. The neighbors were friendly. The neighborhood felt safe. It’s a short drive to everything in the area. A good base for exploring. Numerous restaurants to choose from. And groceries stores to shop at. Close proximity to the beach for long daily walks. A fenced in yard for our dog was perfect. It was exactly as advertised, what we wanted and were expecting. Looking for a change of scene from a snowy, icy winter, we found a lovely home away.

We had a great relaxing short week mini golf eating and down at beach with our golden doodle and all to ourselves-literally Our neighbors Cal and Wanda and their Doodle Pearl are so pleasant to be with House is great and super comfortable Washer dryer is such a great addition Er didn’t need to use the upstairs at all

The house was very nice. However it was in a neighborhood where the houses were very close together. We were in 2 Honda Pilots and there was not enough room to get in & out. Also, the next door neighbor was very rude & inconsiderate because he said we were on his property. The day we left it got very ugly between us.

Beautiful home
Location is great, layout of house was great” easy access into the house, housekeeping didn’t clean like they should have. Otherwise, loved our stay. Best part of our stay was the neighbors and Pearl the pup.

Wonderful, pretty friendly home!
We loved the home and the wonderful little fenced in courtyard, especially for our dogs. Parking was tight for 2 vehicles, but doable! The neighbors are friendly and welcoming! Nice, clean home!

Wonderful Week
The online listing was very accurate. We enjoyed the easy access to the side yard and our pets were very comfortable while we enjoyed the beach, shopping, fishing and restaurants. The dog gate provided at the bottom of the stairs was an added bonus so we could keep them off the carpet. We enjoyed grilling and sitting outside on the patio in the evenings. The new 12 cup coffee maker worked perfectly and the kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals. Crab Catchers was an excellent choice to eat crab legs, crab cakes, shrimp and fish while watching the fishing boats return. The beach was an easy 10 minute walk and Walmart, ALDI were convenient to purchase groceries. We would definitely rent this property again!

Loved the house and fenced in yard! The location is wonderful and in a beautiful area to walk. Beds were very comfortable which always makes a big difference on vacation. Want to come back !

Perfect for our needs
The property is cute as can be. It was nice to have a fenced area for our small dog. The kitchen was better stocked than we’re accustomed to at VRBO rentals. They had Lowry’s Garlic Salt. What more could a girl ask for? The only two things we didn’t love were the parking (the neighbors have two cars and a golf cart, making it literally impossible to park two vehicles on our side of the unit) and having to put sheets on the bed after a 14 hour trip. Everything else was lovely and we plan to stay again. Oh! The coffee pot doesn’t work, but there’s a mini unit that did the trick. We just brewed 3 pots.

Great for pets and family with fantastic fenced in yard. Down stairs no carpet in bed room gate going up too two other bedrooms with carpet so able to keeps pups downstairs. Close to restaurants shopping grocery stores nice walk to beach and very peaceful neighborhood will be coming back

Adorable House
My friends and I had a wonderful time here and the host is kind and communicative. The neighbors are super sweet, too! The house looks just as pretty in person as it does in the photos. The neighborhood is really cute and it's about a 10 minute easy walk to the beach.

Perfect home base for our baseball spring break!
We chose this house for a our spring break week since we were in Myrtle Beach for a baseball tournament. We wanted to bring our dogs with us and have access to the beach. It worked out perfectly! This little neighborhood is nice, quiet and convenient. It’s a short walk to the beach through some new construction and other nice vacation homes. The beach was not crowded and the weather was great for this week. Kitchen was well equipped and the yard was perfect for our dogs. They loved the sliding door access. Bedrooms are spacious. Outdoor shower was really nice. Loved the baby gate to keep the pups off the carpet! We have that at our home as well. Updated and fresh look to the house. We had minor hiccups like a coffeemaker not working (there was a smaller one available) and wrong size sheets for a bed (quickly remedied by property mgmt). Large closet in the downstairs bedroom was wonderful. We took our dogs to the beach since it’s April but beginning in mid-May there are restrictions on dogs and the type of umbrella/shade you can use at the beach (no Shibumi). We didn’t use the pool so can’t comment on that amenity. Our only recommendations include a corkscrew for kitchen, chest for the downstairs bedroom, and replacing the larger coffee maker. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back to this property.

Great propety, 10 min walk to beach
It was a really cute house and we really enjoyed the fenced yard for our dog. Very close to beach. Beds very very comfortable. Only issue was the tightness of the parking, getting 2 cars in there was not easy - but we figured it out.

We enjoyed our stay and the location was very convenient for our needs. Thankful we could bring our dog along and the little fenced in back yard was great for him. We had just a few minor issues in the house. Biggest disappointment was that we weren’t aware that the communal pool wasn’t going to be open. Overall, a really nice place to stay.

Cozy little place!
Our family of 2 adults, 4 small kids, and two dogs stayed comfortably here, it's a super quiet spot with good neighbors that's not too far from the beach (only a few blocks). All of the beds are really cozy, and their are TVs in each room for those quiet nights in, and everyone can stay entertained. Our puppies most definitely loved the fenced in yard too, so it was a great stay for us all! Would most definitely stay again!

Amazing pet friendly, QUIET house with fenced yard
We LOVED our stay, and our dogs did too! We enjoyed being able to just open the sliding door to the kitchen and let them outside. Our kids were all comfortable and the pool was conveniently located 2 houses down. The walk to the beach was fine, but as hot as it was we'd rather have driven down. Doordash found us quickly and easily, as well. Dishwasher in kitchen wouldn't work, but was fixed faster than anything I've ever experienced in my life, which was a true blessing! The only thing I regretted was not having dressers. For a week there with 5 kids and ourselves, it was the only drawback not to put things away and feel at home. As it was a newer listing, I wasn't overly concerned, it certainly didn't make or break anything. Small inconvenience. I'm sure it is something on the "to-do" list, and will be fixed up soon enough. We would love to go back!
